Josh and Zac couldn't have been more professional and boy did they turn on the jets! John and Jackson ensured that the move was completed in a superb manner. All involved went above and beyond!

I have used the firemen movers many times over the last decade as I felt they were a somewhat professional and reliable moving company. After my last move I will never use them again. Not only was I charged an exorbitant amount of money for my move (approx. $9000 total as they had to store my belongings for two weeks) a lot of my furniture came to me broken or damaged. My vases that were all wrapped in bubble wrap and labeled fragile came back to me in pieces. Chairs were broken. Pieces to put furniture back together were missing and did not come back from the movers. My kitchen island had a hole through it. The worst part from it all was the communication with four members of their customer service team. Moving is already stressful enough as it is, but it took me three full months to get any sort of compensation. A patch work job on my island and a $50 cheque for the chair. I moved at the end of August and these two things took until the end of November to get settled. This was only because of my weekly emails asking what was going on? The repairman they sent me forgot to show up for his appointment twice (after I had to take two days off work to make sure I was home) and then when he finally came he was two hours late. They pride themselves on customer service but I have never had a company treat me this poorly for the amount of money they took from me.

The best moving company in the City of Toronto. I have used them for my own personal needs and also recommended them to my clients. Josh, Jared and Zack are the best.

If you are looking for a great moving company, look no further then Firemen Movers. They have been an excellent to deal with from start to finish. Xavia at head office was great with the communications, always getting back to you quickly, and constantly keeping you informed and updated. Brandon, and his crew ( I apologize but I have forgotten the crews names), arrived early, where extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They worked extremely hard from start to finish, and at times, even ran up the truck ramp to get the next load off. They actually seem to be really enjoying their work. I had to change the location of the moving to address at the very last second to a storage unit, and that was not a problem. They did an incredible of fitting a lot of furniture into just one storage unit, thus saving me the cost of renting an extra unit. They even delivered the last two pieces of furniture to my sister in laws house on the way back to their home base, for a relatively small extra fee. Their price was very competitive, and you got no surprises or extra add on charges. Many thanks to Lorne, Xavia, Brandon, and crew for a job well done.

Jackson and Owen were so respectful. Careful with my belongings. Hard working and efficient. I highly recommend Fireman movers. I've moved 7 times in seven years and these two were the best I've experienced. Moving is a stressful experience but they made it better. Thank you!!!

We found Firemen Movers through HomeStars and are SO happy we did. We were relocating from Mississauga to Kingston. We haven't moved in decades and had no idea what service would be best so we went to HomeStars which has provided us with a number of excellent referrals. Firemen Movers may be of the of the best! Lorne was responsive and at our home quickly to inventory and discuss the specifics of our move. We received a fair quote and the office team took over brilliantly to coordinate the details. Our questions were promptly answered. There were follow up calls just prior to the move to put our minds at ease. The day of the move the crew was right on time, 830 am, friendly, efficient and you could tell they liked working together because a whole 1500 sq ft house was packed up in a few hours. Same was true the following day when they arrived in Kingston, they even shaved an hour off their load time to get everything into our new home. Everything arrived in excellent shape. It was such a pleasure dealing with the positive, energetic professionals at Firemen Movers. Not blowing smoke here, they are at the top of the ladder in moving!

From the first phone conversation with Liv, for an estimate and confirmation of moving date to the delivery of my elderly frientd's personal items, professional customer service was consistent. When it became necessary to alter the negotiated agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, Firemen Movers bent over backwards to accommodate. The cost was reasonable and every item was handled with care by the two efficient and courteous movers. I had only learned about Firemen Movers from my friend's nextdoor neighbour who was familiar with the service. I would certainly endorse this company to anyone requiring movers. Thank you to the movers, Brandon and Kevin for your kind and diligent service and for everyone else in the offie and behind the scenes for your outstanding service and making this a berable experience.

My real estate agent recommended Firemen Movers and I couldn't be more impressed. Everyone from the front office, operations manager and the movers themselves, were extremely professional, helpful and kind. When I ran in to potential problems because of the condo elevator reservation and getting the keys in time, the operations manager came up with a great back-up plan. Luckily we didn't need it as the movers, Owen, Tyler and Kevin were so quick and efficient. Every item was wrapped carefully in moving blankets or plastic and there was no question that all the items would be taken care of during the move. The price was well worth the level of service and professionalism from the team! I'd give Firemen Movers 11 stars if I could!

From the very Ist time I called this company to the estimate to the confirmation of move date and then on to the move on Sept 28th, they have shown absolute professionalism. 10 stars all the way. The moving crew was awesome and courteous, a real fine group of young men. Could not be happier with the entire job. I had never heard of Firemen Movers until they were recommended by my real estate agent. He had used them for his own move. By the way, the final bill was 100 dollars less than the estimate.
