I visited Joseph, of Fujitech on September 06, 2024, to have a laptop battery replaced. Joseph was very engaging and not only did he replace my battery at a "more than fair" price, he performed a quick diagnostic service, all while I waited! Joseph provided me with a lot of information I didn't know, on laptops and computers in general . . . a total education. This is a great small business, run by a true, caring professional who really knows his stuff. Check it out!

Joseph of Fujitech is my go-to guy for any computer related service. Joseph has set up and transferred files to my new computers in the last 10 years and he came to my house to do them. Joseph is very knowledgeable, and I have phoned him with various IT related problems over the years and he is kind enough to give you his opinion and solution that you can try (free of charge) before he will look into the problem himself. I highly recommend Joseph and Fujitech to you for all your computer install and repair needs.

To my horror, my contacts and calendar suddenly disappeared from Outlook on my laptop after my husband kindly installed OneDrive for me and backed up my documents and photos. Thankfully, Joseph quickly identified the problem, caused by cancellation of our Rogers' internet and email services many months ago. By the next day, Joseph had fixed the problem and I was back in business. I intend to return to Fujitech whenever I encounter any other technical issues. Joseph is highly skilled, efficient, and trustworthy! Unfortunately, the Web contact form on the Fujitech website is not functional so I lost a day waiting for a reply. Call Joseph or visit him instead. He is very personable and accommodating.

We have used Joseph's services for over a decade and he is phenomenal at fixing all our computer issues. He is honest, reasonable, reliable and excellent at solving issues.

I am a person with a disability and I cannot build PCS physically. My dad and I tried to put one together when I built a new system and we didn't do it right. The folks at this place immediately put everything together perfectly. Then recently, I started having some major issues and I thought it was hardware related. After doing all the personal diagnosing that I could from the software side. They took it back again and discovered that it was a piece of software that I missed. Thank goodness and they confirmed that all of my tech parts were working right. They were fast and effective and willing to take it right away.

I have been taking our computers to Joseph to have them repaired for more than 5 years. It is always the same. He does a brief diagnosis of what the problem is or is likely to be, He confirms that he can fix it and gives me a quote - which is always reasonable. I leave the computer with him and he calls me a day or two later to tell me that it is fixed and ready for pick up. This time it was the driver in my 10+ year old Lenovo all in one desktop. It would not offer a connection to internet networks including my own mesh wifi at my home. So Joseph replaced the driver and the computer is working great again. Joseph has always been very supportive whenever our family has had computer issues. This time it was my laptop that needed to be replaced. Joseph gave me several brand options at differing price points which was helpful. He expedited my delivery, and within two days all of my documents and photos and bookmarks had been transferred to my new laptop. Both my wife and I have relied on Joe to keep our respective computers in good working order for over 15 years. During that time period, we have been impressed by his extensive machine knowledge base, his inquisitive nature and his repertoire of problem-solving processes that have all come together to ensure long-term machine reliability for us. As a result, we are confident that any problems that should arise occasionally with either machine will be quickly identified and that restoration of the machine to good-working status will be both achieved and sustained.

If you should need a Computer service company to complete a small (or large) task done expertly and in a timely manner then the company to contact is Fujitech. This company rates tops in service for all the reasons that other satisfied customers have rated 10 stars for it. I will not repeat all the various glowing comments that many other satisfied customers have given in their top-rated reviews of this company except to strongly suggest that interested readers should carefully check all of them out, as well as those of other Computer Service companies, as I initially did here at Home Stars and elsewhere. After several years of faithful service my home PC finally died on me. I dropped in to see Joseph at Fujitech Technologies and after quickly diagnosing the problem (a faulty disk drive issue) and quoting me a very reasonable price to upgrade the disk drive so as to address the problem, I was able to pick up my fixed computer 4 hours later. Now you can't beat that for fast same day service ! So the bottom line: be prepared to spend a fair price for quality service. Anything less in the long run is a waste of time and money, in my opinion. Thanks very much Fujitech Technologies.

I got our computer serviced by Joseph a few times...what an amazing service! He fixed the issues and also enhanced our desktop. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, honest, kind and quick service. Highly recommend!
