I needed a new batery for my 10 year old Mac Air. Apple doesn't service their older laptops. Thankfully, I found Fujitech. He hooked me up and was done in an hour!

My computer was constantly crashing whenever I would try to use it and I would have windows error messages constantly. Everyone who looked at it was unable to solve the issue and made excuses why it cannot be fixed. Joseph was very helpful and was able to thoroughly diagnose the computer and solve the issues it was having and now it is working properly thanks to him. Overall my experience was very pleasant and informative. Joseph is very knowledgeable and fair with his prices. I would recommend Fujitech to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy & fairly priced computer shop.

My Asus laptop screen was behaving weiredly with lines all over. I visited Fujitech and Joseph explained to me that the Screen was cracked. He was very thorough and explained to me where there was an evidence of a drop and dent on the cover where a sharp heavy object may have fallen on the laptop. He had the screen in stock and was able to replace it the same day. Very satisfied with the service I received.

I faced a disaster a week ago where my Lenovo Thinkpad would boot into a Windows temporary Profile and all my desktop files and pictures all dissapeared. I sought help from some of my techy friends and even paid for an online technician who logged in remotely. He did something and created a new profile so I no longer had that temporary profile but all my files was no longer there. I was in a panic situation as I had client info and lot of current projects halfway done which were very very important for me. One of my clients suggested I go see Joseph as he had very good service experience whenever he had tech problems. When I visited Joseph, he kind of knew what my problem was and after a brief check on my computer he was able to assure me that he could see my data is not lost. This assurance itself was a huge relief for me to hear. I left my computer for him to work his magic and when I picked up my computer the next day, I had a huge load of stress lifted off my shoulders. Joseph was able to recover every file I had which was so very important to me. I normally do not go out of the way to write reviews, but in this case, I just had to share my good experience.
