I normally do answer all customer questions as detailed as possible on the phone, however, sometimes it is difficult to understand what kind of buttons or switches you have just thru the phone. One would also find it hard to describe on the phone and hence, it is best when you bring the problem to us, we can have a first hand look at it and try to give you an immediate solution. We always strive to do this to your complete satisfaction. I am glad that you are indeed satisfied with our service. I once again thank you for your honest opinion - Joe
Reply created 4 Feb 2013Thank you Marty for your great review. As I had suggested, please keep the old hard drive for another week or so before you throw it out. Once you are 100% sure you have all the files, then you may discard the old drive.
