    Home Networking & Wireless Printer setup

    The crazy weather knocked out our power a couple of times last week, my internet started acting weird. After over 2hours of online tech support with Bell, i finally managed to get Internet working normally, however, my home network and printing were all messed up. Bell tech support could not help me as it is not part of their system. I looked online and found Fujitech and gave them a try. Joseph came to my house well prepared and had my router re-setup properly and also had both my HP Wireless Laser All-in-One and Brother Inkjet All-in-One printers hooked up and configured to print from 2 desktop computers and 3 laptops. What impressed me was that he did not mind me asking questions and always had a right answer for me. I will certainly use his services again and recomend him to my friends and colleagues.

    desktop repair

    computer crashed and would start loading windows but would not fully load- was a bad disk sector as I thought - very reasonable price for data retrieval, new hard drive, install windows and office on new drive and data. Very pleased with service and price

    Laptop locked

    My laptop was locked with a screen showing that I had conducted illegal activity and that if I do not pay to unlock, then the police was going to put a case against me. My wife panicked and even called 911 where we were informed that this was a virus infected our computer. We found Fujitech through Homestars and took our computer to Joseph. He was very helpful and gave us useful tips and suggestions on how to prevent such infections in future. We also purchased an Internet Security software from him and he helped install it for us. We would recomend Joseph-Fujitech to everybody.

    Repeater and Virus Installation

    When I approached Joseph a few weeks ago on downloading pictures off my off IMac - he was very quick on getting the job done quickly. He further clean up my laptop and also came to our house to install a repeater and virus check. He was friendly, fair and also helped setup my laptop to remotely print to the basement printer. He gave honest advise and his service quality was excellent. Highly recommended.

    Repair laptop

    My daughter's laptop had some liquid spilt on it and it shut down. Specifically, the laptop did not respond to typing on the keyboard. I found Fujitech on Homestars and was delighted to find so many execellent reviews. I contacted them by email and Joseph replied with a couple of hours to advise that (i) the laptop would need to be cleaned at a cost of $50; and (ii) likely the keyboard had been fried by the liquid, and would need replaced at a cost of $55 to $65. And he suggested bringing it in for him to check all of this at no cost. I took it in the next day. Joseph seemed very pleasant and competent. He checked out the computer and confirmed the details. Fortunately, the motherboard was not also fried. He then checked for the part number of the keyboard (for a HP dmz1 Series 3000 laptop). He then phoned and confirmed that he could get the part within a week or so. All in all it took about 20 minutes to do this. I agreed to have him do the repair and left the laptop with him. About two weeks later he phoned to confirm that the part had come in and that the repair had now been completed. I called in the next day and collected the computer which he showed me was now working fine. Overall, it was a great shopping experience. And I am happy to recommend Joseph and Fujitech to others, including close friends and family.

    VOIP Setup and Home networking

    I met Joseph 3 months ago when my friend recommended me to see him to work out a solution for my home business. He gave me a solution of VOIP and informed me that I could save a huge amount of money as a lot of my expense were going in phone bills. I took his advise and converted 3 of my 5 phone lines to voip to see if it really does what he says. I could not believe that instead of the near $30+ I was paying for a single tel. line, I now pay an average of less than $5 a month per line for these 3 converted phone lines and i just love the flexibility and the features which Joseph has helped setup for me. I have now converted all my 5 phone lines to voip since last week and Joseph helped me upgrade my network and Internet service to 28Mbps to handle my voip. Joseph has been very helpful and always answers any questions I have. I trust him and would rec0mmend him to others.

    Wireless in laptop not working

    My wireless internet on my Lenovo laptop stopped working yesterday. I had called up Bell and after doing some troubleshooting with my Internet connection told me that my internet was ok and working. Internet on my desktop computer is fine but i cannot connect to the internet from my Lenovo laptop. I called Fujitech, but they could not help me on the phone and asked me to bring my laptop to their store for a free checkup. I took it there and Joseph found the issue right away. I had accidently turned off my wireless on my laptop. If he could have told me on the phone it would have saved me a trip to his store. But overall I am satisfied since he was honest and informed me what my problem was.

I normally do answer all customer questions as detailed as possible on the phone, however, sometimes it is difficult to understand what kind of buttons or switches you have just thru the phone. One would also find it hard to describe on the phone and hence, it is best when you bring the problem to us, we can have a first hand look at it and try to give you an immediate solution.     Computer repair and data recovery

    It has always been a pleasure to deal with Joseph and this is probably the 7th or 8th time I have used his services. As usual he has managed to revive my computer which had a problematic hard drive and recover all my over 10years of data from it. Excellent service as usual and a big thumbs up from my side.

    Resolve home internet issue

    I am very pleased to have found Fujitech and find them to be very knowledgable and professional. I have had intermittent internet connection issues and for the past 2 months my Internet provider has kept informing me there is nothing wrong with my internet, but at the same time i keep having internet disconnecting every now and then. Joseph came to my house and did a diagnosis and found the problem which was a bad router I had. He quickly changed a new one and I have not had a problem every since. What I liked was, he kept updating me every step of work he was doing while troubleshooting till he found the problem. This made me feel very secure and comfortable that I have found the right person for the job. I will certainly recomend his services to everybody.

    Computer repair

    I have always been using the services of Joseph of Fujitech and have always been very well taken care of. He is a very friendly person and very professional in his work. Most of all, he has always answered every question I have had and have provided me with a solution or a work around to take care of my required work. I will certainly rate them A+++ and recommend them to everybody.
