Joseph and his staff are friendly and take the time to help you. Joseph guided me through the computer of how to solve a problem when I was away in another province. They have the best prices and they stand up to their products.

my computer suddenly behaving very erratic and i keep getting live platinum security scanning and showing me i have viruses on my computer. It looked suspicious and i called rogers as I was running the rogers online protection. They were with me on the phone for over 2hours and told me i was infected and they could not remove the infection. i was a little upset as their software could not even detect the infection or stop it, and then they told me i have to format and reinstall my windows. i searched for computer repair services and found fujitech on homestars. i called and Joseph was quite helpful on the phone. i took my computer to him and had the virus removed the same day. i did not have to format and reinstall my windows and did not lose any of my files. he also recomend a good internet security software for me. i am very happy with their service.

Our laptop was running very slow so I looked up Fujitech on Homestars. We brought it in and the viruses were removed and new virus software was installed. We had the laptop back in a day. Everything works great again. Great service.

As a business owner, our computer is extremely important to us. Sunday evening while doing paperwotk, I was unable to open any files or go on internet. I called our internet provider and told us we had a virus and to contact a professional to fix it. So of course we looked on Homestars and found Joseph from Fujitech. I went there first thing monday morning and he took a look at the computer and told me withtin seconds that I got a virus from installing an anitvirus! He assured me that my flies/photos were safe. I also dropped off my laptop that hasn't been working for weeks. I left both computers there and told me it would be ready later on in the day! I loved that his policy is that if he can't fix it, he won't charge anything. Also, FREE in-store PC diagnostics, which I've never seen before, other companies charge $50 just to look at it! I am so glad that my neighbour refered Joseph to me. I had continuous problems with my wireless internet and Bell had been driving me nuts for the past 3 weeks. After I called Joseph, he came over to my house and quickly identified the problem and had my defective cabling re-done. He even helped clean and tune-up my PC and laptop and got my computers running a lot faster. He was very professional and honest and I will 100% recommend his service to everyone

I recently purchased a wireless internet connector. The price for the part was reasonable, but more importantly the service was amazing. Joseph opened up the computer, installed the hardware, and vacuumed the dust out of the computer on the spot. When I got home I discovered that I had a problem connecting to the internet. Joseph tried to walk us through the process but was unsuccessful. He came to the house and fixed the problem in the same day. I would highly recommend this store for service, reliability, and price.

Had nothing but problems with my computer and kept spending money into it. It was starting to be outdated. Finally Joseph suggested that I spend the money into getting it upgraded. Glad I did cause now I have no issues. Would highly recommend Joseph to work on your computer.

I needed to buy a laptop as quickly and inexpensively as possible. I phoned and asked a few questions and found them really nice and helpful. I went to the store next morning. There were no surprises, the product was exactly as described and priced. I bought a refurbished IBM laptop, in excellent condition with the option of extended warranty. The store was clean and organized. They even offered me a cold drink as it was really hot outside. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My computer system went nuts today and nothing seem to work or print and I was in a panic mode with so much work pending after the long weekend. I contacted Fujitech after I had found them thru Homestars and Joseph came by and helped me straighten out the mess. It took him less than an hour and my data and my printer and home network were all back in place and I could finally begin my work. He was extremely helpful and I am glad I have found them through Homestars.

I am very happy to have found Fujitech who really helped me fix my dad's computer. I had did a system restore on my dad's laptop and everything works fine, but cannot see or type Chinese which used to work before. I tried for 2days without success. I took it to Fujitech and Joe worked his magic and got me up and running in less than half an hour. He was very knowledgeable.
