    Computer Repair

I am one satisfied customer with Fujitech. I had a chronic problem of my browser (google searches) being redirected to different sites. I have norton antivirus and it does not detect any viruses. I am definitely sure that there are viruses but when i took it to the source (centerpoint mall), they checked and said my computer is ok. I know it is not ok, but all they could do was sell me a norton 360 and it still did not resolve my problem. Fujitech was just across the street and i dropped in for them to check my system. Before I could complete telling them what I was facing, they were able to finish off the sentence for me. They knew EXACTLY what my problem was. My computer was infected with a trojan/virus and they helped me remove it. They suggested me to use Kaspersky Internet security which is more effective and that is what I am using now. $70 for kaspersky internet security and $50 for virus removal, definitely worth it (than for me to spend hours and hours to format & reinstall my windows, programs, settings, desktop and all)

    Notebook Repair

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NW250D and it started to fail intermittently. I sometimes starts up and most of the time is dead and cannot power up. My cousin who is an IT guy tried to re-install my operating system and also swapped a new hard drive, but the problem is still there. It drove me nuts. I was informed by cousin and also a friend that my mainboard of the laptop is probably defective and could cost a couple of hundreds to fix. I came to this store Fujitech which was just beside my chiropractor and they told me to bring in my laptop for a free diagnostic. They told me that one of my memory was not seated properly and that it had come loose. They put it back, and that small thing drove me nuts. I was more than happy to pay the $10.

    Notebook repair

I am one very satisfied customer to find people at this company to be actually honest. I have a Dell Latitude D620 notebook which is fairly old but in good condition and which i like very much. The display went blank a couple of days ago and I could not turn it back on. 2 stores I visited told me that it was not worth fixing it and that I should buy a new one or a refurbished notebook instead. After seeing their reviews on homestars, i visited Fujitech. They checked but they could not find the problem right away. They told me they would call me back in a few hours after they do a diagnostic. Well they did call me back and informed me that my lcd inverter was bad or something and replacing it could fix the problem (cost of $75). I could not be happier or ask for more. A big kudos for these guys for saving me a couple of hundred bucks in not having to buy another computer

    Custom Computer Build

I originally approached Fujitech to custom build a new music recording computer for me after being frustrated by bad service and even worse advice at several of the local big box electronic stores in our area. I ‘found’ Fujitech by reading reviews on several sites like this one. I was very much impressed by the positive reviews of the company and after talking with owner Joseph Liu by phone about what I was looking for, (and having him gently advise me against including some of the things I thought I needed and suggesting cheaper but better alternatives), I decided it would be worth the drive into Toronto to purchase my newest computer because Mr. Liu appeared to be genuinely interested in providing me with a quality product at a reasonable price. In fact, Fujitech’s estimate for the ‘killer’ machine I ended up purchasing from them came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than their nearest competitor even though they included higher quality components in their spec! Fujitech even reloaded my software and installed all the latest drivers without any extra charges! Who does stuff like that anymore? Since then I have had Fujitech build all my computers, servicing and upgrading them as necessary. I have never had a single issue with any computer they have built from scratch or serviced for me. I recommend them to everyone I talk to about computers and in fact, my friends are now starting to call Mr. Liu asking him to build them their recording computers. Fugitech is a throwback to a different time – a time when personalized service and honest dealings were what brought people through the door and not multi-million dollar advertising budgets. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Instead of 5 stars I’d like to give them 10!

    Security Camera System

I had used them to setup the Camera system for my store and they had done an excellent work. I can now monitor my business from practically anywhere through my iphone or computer. After i got their quote, they had me hooked up the next day.\ I am once of their satisfied customers

Had them come to my home to connect my 3 computers and 1 laptop together and print from the same printer. Was happy with their service as they wired my computers and have all the printers print and scan easily from the same HP-C7280 All in one will recomend them definitey.

    HomeOffice networking setup

Last week i saw earlier review from homestar and called them up, they explain to me in very detail. I was ok and their rates were ok also so i called them to setup my 4 computer 2 printer at home basement which I now convert to use as office. They install network cable very nicely and also teach and explain to me very clearly how to work (since I am not very computer expert). I am very happy with their work and give them 100% recommendation.

    Laptop repair

I had a Lenovo T61 notebook with the screen not working. I have been connecting it to my external monitor temporarily. I got quotes from 2 other stores to change my LCD screen, however I decided to get a 3rd opinion before I changed my LCD. Here they did a quick diagonistic and found my LCD to be ok and changed my inverter which they had in stock. I was all set in 30mins. I was lucky to have waited and got this 3rd opinion or I would have shelled out another $180/$200 where i had got my other estimates
