Yes, we always try to find a solution and focus on repair first rather than sell a new system/equipment. We will only order to sell or refer customers to buy new equipment only when completely not repairable.
Reply created 5 Oct 2022Thank you Jennifer for your review. We did clean your fan and heatsink also which was clogged and that is why the cooling is more efficient now. As I have suggested, use the air duster now and then to clean up the dust build up in the heatsinks and you will not have the repeat of the same problem again.
