I happened upon CanaDuct cleaning upon visiting one of my clients for whom I was performing renovations. My client recommended his work and so I booked an appointment right away. I had just moved into a new home and plaster dust was obviously a big concern. Duct cleaning is not legislated as a mandatory service in new homes in Ontario and the builder had not performed the chore. My appointment with CanaDuct had a Paul arrive at our doorstep early this morning. I learned how to look for signs that a home has not been duct cleaned professionally, the importance of humidification and HEPA filtration. He performed the duct cleaning with speed and proficiency and the cost was commensurate with the service. My home was clean upon completion. Paul not only did a great job but were able to explain the benefit of certain services and how they would reduce my husband's allergies. While I was not present to witness the duct cleaning in my newly renovated home, I was definitely impressed with the final result. Our family has been inhaling plaster dust for too long, but after the duct, furnace and AC coil cleaning, the results are obvious...clean air; which was conspicuous upon my return from work. CanaDuct did duct cleaning in our home recently and did a good job. I learned that my humidifier needs minor repair. Paul, the technician, was also able to clean an unreachable vent high up on a wall above the stairs, using a very creative method, without the use of a ladder. I'll definitely call them back in 3 years.

Not all duct cleaning companies have the expertise required for effective duct cleaning of high velocity furnaces. That's why I chose CanaDuct. The gentleman who performed the work was professional and polite. I recommended him to a work associate who booked his services while he was on the job. He also cleaned out the furnace and HVAC coils at an additional cost which was worth it. In all I would highly recommend Canaduct.

Choosing a duct cleaning company is somewhat challenging. Prices range from very cheap to rather expensive. I chose CanaDuct because their prices are M.O.R. and they have a tremendous number of good reviews. Paul detailed the procedure and followed through with the work, all while I continued my work schedule on the computer. The ducts are clean now and the air is obviously fresher. Two thumbs up for CanaDuct. The cost included a furnace cleaning, air conditioning coils cleaning as well as thorough cleaning of all the ducts. And air freshening service....so I felt it was reasonably priced.

After major renovations in my home, duct cleaning became imperative. I had it done a few years ago, but never in the detailed manner performed by the Canaduct technician. Two runs of ductwork in the crawlspace had never been done. Looking through the cut-outs with a flashlight revealed a considerable volume of dust, debris and a bucket lid. Removing the furnace doors revealed a heavy layer of plaster dust, so I had him clean both the furnace and AC coils. The humidifier had a considerable build-up of calcium and rust and the filter needed replacement. Paul, the technician, took care of it all, then showed me the results afterwards. He was very professional, worked diligently and earned his coffee and this review. As well, the cost was reasonable. Well done.

I was most impressed with CanaDuct Cleaning. Paul took the time to explain the NADCA procedure that was necessary to get all the dirt out.
