He called me up the previous day to confirm the appointment and when he was running late (due to a traffic accident) he gave me a call to let me know he was running late. During the cleaning, he explained what he was doing and gave me some tips on how to maintain the environment. Overall I was happy with the service provided.

Or was courteous, professional, efficient and fastidious. He took the time to explain our home's cooling and heating system to us and did a thorough job of cleaning all of the duct work in our house quickly and well. He was also professional and courteous. Company representatives were courteous, were willing to listen to requests and cleaning went quickly. I was disappointed they did not re-tape the seal on the duct access they opened to do the cleaning.

It's a little nerve racking watching someone just start drilling holes and makes noises and using a vacuum and compressed air when you don't understand.
