He called first and let us know of a time delay well ahead and then arrived at the time agreed on. He was very curteous, respectful, and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our airducts and vents. I placed the request on HomeStars and RJ answered with 10 minutes of the posting. There was a misunderstanding the first time but RJ made up for it and more. Excellent service at a great price.
