For the first time in several duct cleaning experiences I felt that the technician was very thorough and did an amazing job from inside and outside the house..He had to claim extremely high using the ladder whereas other competetitors refused to. I really appreciated how very professional, knowledgeable, and accountable he was. I would definitely recommend him and call him again for future services. MERCI BEAUCOUP !

Avoid! This is an example where the price is too good to be true. We were quoted $200 (Which was the cheapest) over the phone when we booked and when the technician arrived he tried aggressively pushing my wife to take on an extra $250 dollars of services that we refused. We then got our contractor to check their duct cleaning work as we had a bad feeling about the technicians the following day, and we found out that they did a horrible job. They sent another technician the following week, once he started there were clouds of dust coming out of the ducts into our house - it was clear nothing was really done the first time around. He was able to clean the majority of the left over debris but we still had to push him to show us that the ducts were clean as he was still trying to leave the ducts with garbage. It took a lot of back and forth to get the job done correctly. This should have just been done right the first time, it was completely dishonest work. These two technicians were clearly trying to take advantage of us and I will never use this company again. If you use this company, please make sure to get someone to check their work and make sure that your ducts are clean!

From the moment reception answered the phone call to the moment the truck pulled off our driveway and left I was very happy with the exceptional service provided. The receptionist answered the call in a kind and friendly manner. She was very informative about covid protocols, how the visit would go, and gave accurate cost on services. I got an appointment booked quickly. I also got a message the night before the appointment as a reminder. The visit was a success. The two technicians that came to service our home were very courteous and professional. We have a small child and one on the way and they were very informative about what they were doing and the safety of the things they were doing. They also made sure that our child wasn’t in the room when they were doing the louder portions of the cleaning. We appreciated their hard work on our new home that probably hadn’t been serviced in quite a long time. The technician, Fitsum, was excellent - he did a thorough cleaning with attention to detail and skill that our home needed and deserved. Thank you!

I am glad I have called Canaduct company for service. Company provided two Technician for service. They were very professional . They clean so well all my house vents,sanitize ,and clean bathroom exhaust fans. Due to busy life some time we don't pay attention to these cleanings. I recomend Canaduct company for these service.

The employee was detailed and thorough in cleaning the ducts, furnace, and HRV. He explained everything prior to doing up a final quote, was careful and respectful of not scratching walls with equipment, etc. Although the work done seemed very satisfactory, the service I received would be deemed over-priced. I had a complete basement renovation which coated my furnace and ducts in drywall dust, so I did receive quite an extensive cleaning of everything.

I booked company for duct cleaning and quoted 200$ for all the ducts. When the guy came he looked around and told my husband we needed all these additional services that cost over 900$. Luckily I came home on time before he was done and brought down the bill to $500, which was still insane for duct cleaning. He claimed to cleaned the furnace ducts and replaced our furnace filter for (charged $200 for that alone). My furnace was replaced a month prior and cleaned back then, and the furnace filter cost $25 on Amazon. He left our furnace room a complete mess, with dirty and dust everywhere. He broke our dryer duct while cleaning it and didn't bother to tell us or fix it. We were totally unaware for the next two weeks and wondered why dryer lint was flying everywhere in the laundry room. This is the worst experience we've ever had. Incredibly dishonest unethical guy.

Amazing service, punctual, helpful and very professional. Hassle free booking, reminders and comunication was fantastic. I would recommend to everyone.

They arrived a half hour early which was great. I showed them around and asked if they needed anything. They said no. They completed the work in an hour. Cleaned everything up. Which was great. They gave me the bill and I paid cash. They did an excellent job. Thanks Cana Duct; Anthony MacDonald
