Great customer service in all areas of this company. Lina emailed to notify me that the technicians arrival will be earlier than originally scheduled and to see if that would suffice. The technicians were on site called to let me know of certain issues and to get my approval to go ahead with the work since I was not home on the day of service. That seemed fair and honest.

I called Canaduct and spoke to Lina and she was ever so helpful which made me confident in booking the appointment with her. The day of service Mike and Thomas arrived on time, professional and friendly. I was thrilled with the detailed work and the top quality of cleaning that they have done. I recommend this company and the team of Canaduct earned this review.

Just finished some renovations throughout our home and had Canaduct remove all the dust and debris from our ducts, furnace and AC Coil. They were booking not too far in the future, came on time, were helpful and professional.

Being a repeat customer I have used this company in the past and they do excellent professional work. It was nice to see Paul once again after 4 years. Once again I am happy with the service of Canaduct. They aim to please every time.

I booked the appointment via email with Lina, she was very prompt on her replies and scheduled the appointment to meet our accommodations. On the day of service my wife was home and the technicians were great. The interaction by the techs showing her what needed to be done to effectively get better air quality in the house and longer longevity in our heating equipment was definitely needed. She was so surprised with the aggressive cleaning that the technicians did as well as leaving our home very clean and tidy which she was definitely happy about. Exceptional service for Paul the lead technician and his partner Ehud. They worked efficiently and were very attentive on keeping our place very clean. Alex and Jamie were great ! We just finished major renovations and we knew that there will be a large amount of dust in our ducts and we needed to have that cleaned. Both technicians did that, we now have a much cleaner home no dust blowing around and much healthier air quality for our family.

Great ongoing communications with Lina, via email and on the phone. Mike and Thomas arrived as scheduled, they did a very detailed job as I watched them work. The strength of the vacuum was so obvious with all the noise I heard going through the vacuum and ducts. Great company.
