Paul and his partner Alex were wonderful to have servicing my home. They worked with great detail in getting the work done correctly. I was also pleased with their knowledge and suggesting a process called Aero Sealing because I mentioned to them that our lower levels in the house are really cold in the winter, he had reception forward me the information and will definetely look into this , thanks Paul.

Excellent service was done in my home by Paul and his partner. The techs were very friendly and personalble, They did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts and hvac equipment.They even took the time to educate us on our humidifier and as to how to properly use and maintain it. Thanks for your excellent workmanship, and the extra time you took out of your busy day to share knowledge with us!

I called CanaDuct to service my mother's home. She just had renovation done and was an accumulation of dust in the duct work. My mother had repeated telemarketing calls for duct cleaners but would not trust their work (despite their pushy high pressure tactics). My mom was very delighted with the technicians and their interaction with her, and the very kind and the honest work they had done. She is going to recommend this company to friends.

We had an issue with a dead foul smell lingering in our ducts that became very untolerable lately and needed this issue addressed very quickly. I spoke to Lina and I surprisingly got a service call the very next day, I was as well very happy with the communication levels with her. The technicains Paul and Alex noticed the odour right away walking through the door and were concerned , went right to work. They worked aggressively to remove any type dead matter in the ducts, santiziting with strong Enzymes and cleaning all my hvac unit to make sure that it will resolve the issue. After they finished they ran the furnace and it was very apparent (and to my relief) that the smell was not noticable any more, I am very relieved and impressed .

My father's house needed the ducts cleaned, so I did my research on the internet and this company had great reviews. I called and booked the appointment for my father's home, I was delighted with the first interaction with the receptionist. My father was also thrilled with both technicians quality workmanship and interaction with him. They were extremely clean and thorough. Other areas in the home were inspected at no charge with recommendations made accordingly. I will definitely use this company again. Great customer service!!!

Awesome company !! The technicians Paul and Alex were so engaging and insightful. We have a large amount of dust in our home and Paul mentioned several factors as to why this is happening. He gave us a great suggestion of sealing our duct work from the inside not only is it great for dust but cost effective as well .The cleaning of our ducts before and after was astonishing. We moved in 2 years ago and were concerned that the builder hadn't cleaned the ducts of our new home. It was a relief to finally get this done. It was more than I had hoped to pay, but I wanted the most professional company with the best equipment, so that the job was done right.
