From the very beginning RJ was responsive and provided excellent customer service. On the day of the appointment he kept us updated on his arrival. During his arrival, he was very professional and asked us the right questions. He did an assessment of the home and gave us a quote of the work to be done, including mentioning that certain things that are part of the HVAC system including the Humidifier filter needs to be replaced because of all the dust outside caused by the ongoing construction as well as drywall. He took his time and did not rush the job. It took about 2.5 hours approximately and we were happy. The price was fair and we definitely recommend Canaduct and will consider them in the future. The technician Abed, who came out was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and worked quickly without cutting any corners. Everything was done in a timely manner and the results were great.
