Polite, helpful, got the ducts cleaned!

We hired Canaduct to clean our ducts on September 26, 2025 but I'm really questioning what was done. As of December 28, 2025, I have already had to change the furnace filter three times since the 'cleaning'. The filters have become dirty very quickly - I replaced the filter one time between September 26 and it looked very similar to the photos attached which show the filters as of December 6 (filter against house bricks) and December 28 (filter against fridge). Historically I have changed our filter once every 3 months and they rarely looked this dirty. It hasn't even been 3 months yet since the 'cleaning' and the filters are working overtime. I was not expecting to have to even think about duct cleaning but unfortunately this service did not meet our standards.

I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be calling him again for future services. Highly recommend!
