Hi Jason, my apologies for your frustration with our arrival time. I do want to reiterate that the arrival time was scheduled for between 4-6pm with RJ arriving right around 5pm. We were available to come early but you werent home so we went to the other scheduled appointment for the day. This was relayed to you stating that he was hoping to be there for 4 but would let you know when he was on his way. This is why we always book two hour windows of arrival. Also, it’s unfair to say you had to message us several times when it was in fact once to check in at 4pm and we got back to you right away.
