Enrique was very prompt, friendly and knowledgable with a reasonable price. He was able able to maintain a balance of appropriate tree pruning while maintaining privacy and not disturbing the neighbours. he didn't haggle over additional branches that I requested to be cut after the estimate was provided and he was quite happy to do this for me. Very impressed and plan to use his services again.

I had problems with tree roots breaking into old clay pipes in front of my house in the past and I was concerned about two small seedling trees that were quickly growing at the edge of my property. Once they grow to full maturity, they would very likely cause some additional damage to the pipes running in front of my house. Enrique from Professional Tree Services promptly answered my call and came to assess the area. After discussing the situation with me and considering that these seedling trees (he explained that it was actually a kind of weed that grows to look like trees) were growing next to a very large maple tree and in an area with a few dense bushes, he suggested having them cut to ground level. The work was done very quickly and the area was efficiently cleaned. Enrique was very easy to talk to and it was obvious that he is very professional, knowledgeable and caring in his approach. I am very pleased with his services and I have already recommended Professional Tree Services to my neighbours and friends. I highly recommend Enrique and Professional Tree Services and I plan to consult with him regarding any future tree care needed on my property.

I have used Professional Tree Services 4 times now for tree pruning of large trees in my yard over the years. Enrique is timely, responsive, knowledgeable and always does an excellent job with excellent clean-up and no damage to other plants/flowers in the yard. He arrives on the day that he's supposed to, there is not a long wait time, quotes are in keeping with other tree pruning companies, but the difference is his reliability and responsiveness (other companies would take weeks to come or would not call back). Would highly recommend.

This is the third time that I have been using the services of Enrique and Professional Tree Services. The trees and bushes that are located on the neighbouring property tend to grow quickly and they interfere with electric cables that run above my property. They also pose safety concerns and can also cause damage to the roof of my house, as branches hang over the fence and extend to my front yard and backyard. The work required to keep them pruned requires a lot of precision, skill and also a good eye for balance and symmetry. Enrique has done an incredible job and I cannot praise his work ethic, professionalism, integrity and excellent people skills enough. He is truly a pleasure to work with. Not only is he incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about his industry, he really cares about every client. We found Enrique a few years ago, and he immediately became our go-to guy for our tree trimming needs. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, and always leaves our back yard better than he found it. We have a couple of fast-growing trees on our yard, and in our west-end Toronto neighborhood, they need regular maintenance to keep us and our neighbours happy. Large (aproxmiately 15 foot) branch property was craning dangerously low over our yard, shed, and extension, so we called Enrique, who showed up to provide a quote for the next day. While other companies were comparable in price, Enrique's approach and explanations on different options and pruning cuts to take differentiated him from other quotes. He showed up on time with one other person. Together, they completed the job in a couple hours, and swept and raked the yard, leaving it cleaner than when they had arrived.

Enrique has done a number of jobs for us in the past removing and pruning trees. This time he just removed a young tree in our yard. He is always very prompt, reliable, friendly and professional. He does a great job and makes sure that everything is cleaned up before he leaves and that the client is satisfied with the job. His work ethic and expertise with trees are amazing.
