For me - they did not show care about customer experience or satisfaction with the work. Would NOT recommend.

As my home is relatively new (2013) there was nothing wrong with the kitchen cabinets except the color. The previous owners liked the color brown so everything was in that tone, cabinets, floors and walls (ugh) Not being a fan of said color I decided to change it out. Custom Roll Out Drawers were brought in and I'm thrilled with the end result. Wally was here for 3 full days, on his own. Very professional and thorough and a stickler for perfection, each time I enter the kitchen I feel I'm walking into someone else's home:) He cleaned up the work site and swept the pad of debris before he left which was a bonus. I highly recommend CRODrawers and wish them continued success.

Had 23 year old cupboards and drawers refaced, counters replaced, sink and taps replaced. They worked around existing back splash that was to stay. Wonderful work. A few communication problems but it worked well in the end. They arrived, worked, cleaned up on time and within cost estimate.

We had a great experience designing our dream walk in closets and Laundry/Mudroom. Brett and his installers were fantastic in helping us custom designing them for our spaces. Thanks for giving us our dream ensuite.

We had a great experience with Custom Roll-Out Drawers. Sandy was our first contact and accurately instilled confidence in us from the beginning. Doug, Mike, Janet and Brett all made contact with us at various points and the work was done while we were on vacation. I didn’t get the chance to meet our installer, but the work was done well, and the team was immediately responsive when minor fixes needed to take place. Thanks to everyone for making this a very positive experience. We highly recommend you.

Entire kitchen cabinet re-facing. New boxes on the uppers. Installation was a bit messy and not much tidying up at the end of the day, but probably depends on the particular installer. Would have preferred to be more informed on the soft close hinges as they are only on the cabinet doors, not drawers. Maybe our fault for assuming. Built in wine racks look okay. Satisfied with everything else. Price was on par with other re-facing companies. Will likely use this company for a couple bathroom cabinet installs next.

Brett, Janet, & Sandy at Custom Roll Out Drawers were amazing at customer service and even though we won the prize they treated us as a high priority customer and their craft and professionalism with the package we got was fantastic. The team at Custom Roll Out Drawers was really good. They were prompt in returning calls in the consult, quote and installation phases of the job. The quote was accurate and did not change when the job was complete. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to give their Kitchen Cabinets a facelift or to organize their Kitchen, pantry, and/or closets. Thanks again!!

The salesman came out and appeared to know what he was ding when taking measurements and proposing a product. We paid the deposit as a large portion of the project was custom. A few weeks later the installer showed up and took one look at our kitchen and the material that his salesman had ordered and told us that everything was wrong and he couldn't install. Time passes and no call from the company. When we got fed up and called them to ask for a refund the General Manager apologized profusely and said they would have to get approval from the boss. Then, they asked if they could come out and try and fix the problem. I said OK, but we are moving and our deadline for renos has passed. They made an unsatisfactory attempt and offer at reconciliation and when we rejected the offer due the house now being sold, they refused to refund our deposit. Immoral and unethical company throughout.

We had our cabinets refaced and also added cabinets in the kitchen. We added roll out drawers to all of our cabinets. The drawers are such a great addition to both the kitchen and the bathroom. We love our new cabinets. Joe and Mary Anderson
