    Residential Custom Railing

    From my request for a quote to the final installation, Art Metal staff were a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased with the finished product and, wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future projects. Be sure to factor in enough lead time, as they are busy.

    Landscape Design

    Fantastic and prompt service. Always been extremely happy to work with Art Metal. Will always ask Art Metal for all of our metal needs, whether they we need handrails or planters

    Outside design and manufacturing

    This was not our the first time working with Art metal over the years, but this is our favorite project so far. They came up with a solution to a narrow staircase by mounting the railings to the side and suggesting glass railings instead of traditional pickets.

    Front porch railings

    The railings look great and I'm very pleased with them. However i have dinged them a few points for the amount of time it took to fabricate them. Their invoice states 4-6 weeks and this was confirmed by the person who came to give me the quote. In reality it took 14 weeks and were installed on 13 January. Very disappointed with the service, but happy with the railings.

    Handrail manufacture and installation

    The service from Art Metal was excellent. The process was easy and efficient. The installers came when they said they would and the finished handrail looks perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

    Custom Decorative Railings

    I provided Art Metal with a custom design for my railings and the end result was exactly as specified. I noticed after the installation that the top handrail section adjacent to the wall had to be cut and was left unpainted. Art Metal responded quickly and had someone return to my home to do the touch up. Thank you Iryna, Mariya and team for your excellent customer service. I am extremely happy with the finished product. Without any hesitation whatsoever, I would recommend Art Metal Workshop.

    Back Yard Fence

    From start to finish, the experience of working with this company was second to none. They were friendly and listened to my needs, and were patient when we experienced installation delays. They also showed up when they said they would- which is rare when dealing with other companies. The fence looks wonderful and it turned out even better than I imagined. If you need metal work done around your home, I would highly recommend this company.

    Great quality, very competitive pricing, VERY responsive

    I was redoing steps and needed a railing. After requesting a quote through Homestars, Iryna got back to me the next morning. The estimator came out about 2 days later. Because we were installing stone, there was a delay of 3 months. Iryna told me they would honour the quote but needed to come back for final measurements once the stone was installed. I called back and again about 2 days later the estimator did the final measurement. I was warned they were backed up in the manufacturing, but the final product was very high quality. Just got it installed and it looks great. There was never any point where I was guessing what was going on. Most of the delay was on my side (waiting for the mason to install the natural stone stairs). Highly recommend Art Metal. Michael

    Outside Handrails

    Thank you Art Metal for a job well done!! What a pleasure to deal with polite, efficient and professional people. I reqired an outside handrail for my three front steps. After a recent fall and with winter coming I needed a hand rail to feel secure and safe going up and down the stairs. I saw Art Metal’s display at the spring home show. I also went to their showroom in Etobicoke. After the measurement and quote the installation was exactly the number of weeks they said it would be. I will recommend Art Metal to my friends and neighbours. Thank you Iryna for your sweet manner.
