Office team quick to respond with quote and process order. Small delay in fabrication but team was quick to install when railings were ready - even arranged to do it while I was in vacation and came home to nice new railings! Site was impeccably clean when I returned home.

I am very pleased with the overall process from quotation to installation to final payment of the railings. The team was very accommodating with the time line of the installation as I was expecting a baby, the team actually came through ahead of schedule with the fabrication of the railings but my baby came even more ahead of schedule too. But I still appreciate the effort made to accommodate my situation. I am loving the railings, it certainly goes with the minimalist Scandinavian look of the house...

I recently decided to change the look of my old wood staircase. Didn't know if it would work. I was very impressed with craftsmanship of work being done by "Artmetal". I new it's going to look beautiful - because I saw pictures with Their previous work. But when they came to install it - I was amazed. Very professional workers, polite, friendly , knolegible. All work was done on time. New staircase completely changed the look of my home.

In 2016, I had my front porch done by Art Metal Workshop. Once I connected with them on HomeStars they came out (when I was not home - very convenient) and took measurements and contacted me to discuss quotation. They were very professional and the workmanship was outstanding! There are other projects that I will certainly call upon them to complete in the very near future. After a little confusion on what was being quoted for Mariya at Art Metal turned the servicing around. Once we paid the deposit the rusting through iron work was taken within 2 days. The iron work was then returned 3 weeks later in amazing condition. We were really happy with work that was done and equally happy that it was done seamlessly without us having to be home or available.

Working with the team at Art Metal was seamless from the time the initial measurements were taken, through to the design stage and final installation. They are professional, skilled craftsman who are experts in their trade. They communicated on a regular basis to provide status reports on the expected completion of fabrication, galvanization and date of installation. We are pleased with the final result and have received several compliments on it since its installation last week.
