Yevgeniy put in some fantastic railings for our front stairs and balcony a few years ago. Later, there was some crackling on the black paint. He said that he had mistakenly applied the wrong paint. He said that he would re-paint the entire order at no cost to us, even though the flaw was not present everywhere. He had his men come and remove the railings, he re-painted them, and then re-installed them. They came back looking fabulous. He really stands by his work and does what he says he will do. It is a great company! I highly recommend them.

The new railings leading up to our new front door are superb. The design is exactly what we wanted, it picked up on some architectural features of the house, they are sturdy and add confidence to some of our visitors who are a little unsteady on their feat. The team was polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Totally recommend Art Metal to any one else.

I am returning client of Art Metal Workshop and even though the railing I commissioned the 2nd time around could have been considered a "small" project, it was treated just as importantly as my original purchase. This was the first time we hired Art Metal and are very satisfied with the end product. They did an excellent job replacing our front porch old railing with beautiful aluminium one. ArtMetal also has different styles and colours to choose from and they did a professional job. Service and cost was also very good. Would definitely recommend them.

I Love My New Railings. Absolutely Stunning! Art Metal gave my porch a brand new look. Art Metal was a pleasure to work with. They delivered quality product and outstanding service! .

The railings were done very well. High quality work and service until the installation. The guys started painting the welded areas and rub marks, but did NOT put down anything to cover my brand new stone stairs. They flicked black paint all over the stairs. I had to ask them if they had ever done an installation before - it was unbelievable. Thank goodness I was there at the time. I had to get a bucket of water and soap and started scrubbing the stairs before the paint went into the porous stones. I said I was not going to pay until the stairs dried and I was satisfied there was no paint left on the stairs. Mariya got on the phone and become unbelievably dishonest. Homestars won't let me use the terrible "L" word. She said her guys didn't get any paint on the stairs. Meanwhile, both installers admitted they had got paint all over the place. When I asked them to tell her what they had done, she yelled at them not to answer. All of a sudden, they can't speak English. She also said it's not an industry standard to cover stairs when they are painting. She said if I didn't pay them, they would take away the railings that were already installed.... On what planet is it ok to flick and speckle a customer's stairs with BLACK paint? Even her installers were embarrassed by Mariya's behaviour and agreed it was not the way to talk to any customer.... Beware. The railings are great. Installations guys and Mariya get a 0 and she cost the company this rating.

Yevgeny came as promised, measured the job, and provided a reasonable quote. He delivered and installed the railing as promised and it looks great. Definitely recommend his company and will use him again when needed.

Needed railing for my front porch to satisfy an insurance request. Selected a beautiful simple black railing from art-metal. Love love love my new railing. It looks beautiful and elegant. Art metal came, measured, and installed without any incident.
