Porch railing needed to be replaced or raised due to installation of a deck to assist handicapped person to exit home, rendering existing railing too low. Also a gate was needed for the gap in the railing when a porch lift was in the lowered position. Company suggested modification instead of replacement of railing, saving money. Company was honest, on time, communication was prompt, cost reasonable. I call this integrity!

Railings installed ahead of schedule to meet special needs. We were very pleased with the design help and high quality. The staff were most knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The railings look as though they have always been part of the house, which was our objective.

The railing looks great. I would definitely recommend Art Metal if you are looking for a metal and glass railing. Check out their website before you order for interesting options beyond the standard. We picked one with an additional bar at the top.

Excellent service and experience. We had to replace our custom railing on our front porch. Art Metal came to our house at the time agreed upon. They did the job in the timeframe we agreed upon and did an excellent job making and installing the railings in accordance with the drawings. The railings look great. Their office is extremely professional to deal with. HIGHLY recommend using this company. GREAT experience. I wish all companies I dealt with were this professional.

I replaced the front railing for my steps. After receiving a couple of quotes I decided on Art Metal not only due to price but on the quality and look of their product. The company was responsive, fast and professional. This was one of the easiest to work with trades during my reno. They showed up when they said they would, did a great/beautiful job and left a clean site. What more could one want. I love my railings

Art metal did a very small job for me on the spot and actually didn't charge me so I gave them $20 for coffee they are wonderful people and the job was excellent would use them again any time!

Our stonemason recommended Art Metal for the ironwork. We visited their showroom and were very pleased with the variety of styles of rails and spindles available.
