They made it easy, they were flexible on designs, and made quick modifications when final product was not completely to my satisfaction. I expected push back but instead got cooperation and a solution. This is how it's supposed to work. I especially liked how we could do business remotely via email, using photos, etc. Good value compared to others I shopped as well.

they were very professional in organization and execution of the project: good consultation with me (the front office and the guys working on the fence), they worked hard, took the time to work out the picky details, and the result- the fence looks great and really improves the yard. Built a new porch and needed railings. shopped around and Art Metal were the best people to deal with in my opinion. Work was better that expected and was on time. Go with the galvanized metal option btw.

From time to time I will come in here to finish projects for my clients and the professional help I get each time amazes me. Almost as I am a good friend or part of the family but they truly are helpful and do there best to guide me in the right direction each time. This is the second time we've used Art Metal and it won't be the last. They gave us exactly what we wanted, with in a reasonable time frame. The railings look amazing!

No complaints, easy to deal with from start to finish. I had them quote on 3 projects, they were very quick to come out and to provide the quote. I went ahead with 1 of the 3 projects right away. Their website provides so many photos that it is very easy to point to exactly what you want so that there is no miscommunication in the exact look of the final product. A few weeks later when the materials were ready, they came to install, took them less than an hour and a half. Very professional and certainly seem to know what they are doing. Good service and great looking results, can't ask for anything more.
