Just wanted to Thank Alex and his team for doing such a GREAT job with our railings for our front porch. Alex was very helpful in helping me decide what would be the best look for our steps. He was very prompt in returning emails and helped with any questions I had. I highly recommend this company! The railings dress up our house! We are very pleased! Beautiful work! Response to our email was immediate, estimator came quickly and gave us good advice even though it meant a lower-cost job. Communication between that time and installation had a few ups and downs. End result looks just great. Father and sons have great personalities and pride of product. Use this company!

We were tired of our old plain white railings and are really happy to have discovered this company. Lots of selection, great communication. We got an idea of how the railings are made too. Couldn't be happier with the job on our porch! We have recommended Alex to neighbours that ask!

When I met Alex for the first time and told him about my deck railing project, he said "we will do whatever you want". He took me in the back to show me their process, and their website had a ton of pictures to help choose the final design. He instilled complete trust in their craftmanship and deliverables. It took a while to get the railing delivered, but the end result is exactly what I asked from him. Highly recommend. Great job.

We looked online and chose Art Metal Workshop after reviewing their extensive photo gallery on their website. We also visited their shop. They are a great combination of the new generation managing sales and customer service and the older generation doing the work. We are thrilled with our fence and gate!!!!!

I have read many reviews on this site. Not only about this company but many others. I came to the conclusion that companies with a perfect '10' are in some way manipulating their reviews as part of their sales pitch, Art Metal Workshop are a genuine hard working company and I write this review, not because they were the best around but because they dealt with minor problems both timely and professionally. There was no mention of bargaining for a good review! Positive reviews should also be based on what sort of 'after sales' one receives. There are often issues with all sorts of renovations, it's how the company responds to those issues that renders them professional. We had a single off-set railing installed in my new basement stairs. Quality workmanship but a little issue with one of the brackets. After a phone call, the railing was re-configured and re-installed in a short while, Thanks Alex for your professionalism
