I chose Art Metal for this project based on all the awesome reviews from this site. And all these reviews are absolutely 100% correct. I'm actually kind of stunned at just how incredible their level of customer service is. One email through their website and I was called back within 1 hour!!! After a short conversation about the dimensions I was emailed a quote 15 minutes later. I emailed back and said you got the job and they were out at the house the next morning measuring and taking notes from pictures I had previously gathered for the design of the railings. I said I wanted a specific colour....no problem...I just had to go pick the colour and email them the paint code. I was told it would be about 6 weeks to get them built/galvanized/painted etc....and 6 weeks later I have gorgeous new railings on my porch. They are exactly as we discussed....the design, dimensions and colour are perfect. What an awesome experience. Iron railings are definitely a work of art that can only be accomplished by old-school craftsmanship. The level of talent and dedication is takes to be able to sculpt pieces of iron into something so beautiful are the kinds of things I really appreciate. After reading so many favourable reviews Art Metals to come out and do an estimate. Alex arranged for someone to come out within a week and the pricing for what I wanted done was excellent. My requests were something they had not done before but they were willing to do it anyway. Within a couple of weeks the installation was done and it was exactly what I wanted, and I was impressed with the whole transaction!

A wonderful, hassle-free experience from the folks on Bering in Etobicoke. Not only half the price but half the time versus our other quotes, and the quality is outstanding. Very pleasant to work with! Thanks so much. Alex was extra helpful.

We are very particular about what we want. We provided a custom design rendering. After a few meetings to clarify design details and negotiations. They executed the task professionally and I have no complaints. My wife and I feel that the railings alone have increased the value of our house tremendously. We used Art Metal Workshop to design and install a new railing for our front steps. From start to finish, they were professional and provided excellent service. Installation was done as promised with attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

We had some issues/bad experience with other rod iron railing companies. Many did not show up as promised for quotes / work & workmanship with one company was not as expected etc. After a search on-line we found Art Metal Workshop. From the onset I was pleased with thier professionalism. They provided design ideas and good feedback when they came to measure up the job. We promptly recieved a written quote provided to us via email with the ability to make down payments on-line. Thier system also allowed us to monitor our account on-line which was helpful. Railing completion and installation did take two weeks longer than expected, however, they did appear on the day scheduled (better than most contractors we have dealt with) and installation was quick and without issue. Total cost was cheaper than any of the other companies we recieved quotes on and the workmanship is beautiful. We are very please with the end result & the entire experience. We would use Art metal workshop again and recommend them to friends, family or neighbors.

I am very happy with the quality of the actual rod iron railing and the installation. Everything was top-notch except for the scheduling of the installation which took a lot of time.
