I'm really happy with the results of our custom railing order from Art Metal. This family-run business was super easy to deal with...quick accurate replies by e-mail or phone, and they always addressed the little hic-ups that arose efficiently and professionally. The end result is stunning. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

I called quite a few different companies for this job. Many were not interested in doing a small job and several others did not show up for an estimate when they said they would. Yevgeniy was happy to do the job, showed up on time for the estimate, and delivered the finished railing exactly when he said they would. It looks great and we are very happy with the product.

Very good job done on time and on budget. I liked Yevgeniy and his farther. Customer oriented approach and nice attitude. It was the most affordable option for me among other offers.

Eugene and dad did a great job making and insatling metal railings around our newly renovated front paito and stairs. Equally important, they were very easy to do business with and accomodated our schedule. Shame on the last guy for only giving them a rating of 8:)

Yevgeny and his dad were helpful and quick to understand what we needed. Their installers were great and made some on-the-spot changes with no problem, fuss (or extra charges). Delivery was a little longer than some of the other companies we talked to promised (but who knows if they would have made their dates?). We are very happy with the finished result.

Yevgeniy was very helpful in suggesting railing designs. The service was professional and the workmanship was great. We've had several compliments on our railings. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them!

Sometimes you do have to wait to get a really great product. I waited 2 months but it was worth it. When I first phoned and spoke to Yevgeniy he quickly conveyed his availabilities and then followed through on our meeting . Since I was a little tardy getting back to him after he did the measurements he phoned to remind me that he done the measurements on this day and would like me to call him so we could discuss the quote, I did. I came down to the office, where I negotiated a price with him and his father. I could tell just by a few minutes of conversation that the Gorlovs' are sincere, warm , family business and they love what they do. I was showed some examples of railing styles although I had already reviewed pictures on the internet and picked out some favorites. In general my experience was good. Once the product was ready they called and promptly installed the beautifully crafted railings. It's nice to do business with people that are pleasant and genuinely love what they do.

Father and son operation. They estimated on the same day I called. The job called for a small railing to match existing railings. The result was exactly what we wanted and it was done on time and in accordance with the estimate. You could not ask for more than that, except that both father and son were delightful to deal with and we discovered we share the same ancestral home --Kiev.

I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Eugene. He was flexible, and responsive to my concerns. I went to the shop to see various designs. The workmen were pleasant and arrived on time. They were very careful with details and obviously cared about their work. Prices are competitive. I would highly recommend this company.
