We had 7 old windows replaced to high efficiency windows and also trim installed and we had an awesome experience with Networx. I wanted to get multiple quotes for this project and I always just ended up talking with receptionists and pushy sales ppl that in some cases took days/weeks to get back to me.
I called Tony, the owner at Networx, and dealt with him from day one. The same day I called for a quote, he came out later that day to our home to do some measurements and give us some options and I was able to email and call him at any time with questions.
The installation process went great and the installers were really friendly to my family, fast, clean, hard working and efficient with their work. While the windows were out and being changed anyways, they were able to paint and install trim around all of them at the same time for a reasonable price and they probably did it in half the time I was planning on doing it in the summer. So that extra work was very much appreciated. The windows themselves look and feel of very high quality and we can already notice the difference in sound and temperature in our home.
