Called Magic about a warranty issue . Customer service was extremely efficient in addressing my issue . The service team they sent was wonderful. Cuong and his partner were fast , friendly , professional and addressed all of my issues . The service team is a credit to the company ! The 10 dollar cost was actually zero !

Terrible customer service, Leor yelled and screamed at me on the phone threating the customer. Order place in April Install was asked for End of Sept. Paint color changed in early Sept based on the sales rep saying we could do so with no delays. We actually asked for two additional Windows and was told yes and and the tech came twice to measure then end of Sept we were told they cannot do those windows so that was last we heard from them. Then Nov 13 I cancelled the order as we heard nothing then I was contacted by Leor and was abused on the phone and was told they were keeping my deposit. Terrible customer service.

I needed to get some windows replaced and LOVED Magic's windows. The installation was great, they showed up on time, had everything they needed and cleaned up as well. I bought the windows because I loved them, but I'm raving about them because the service was so great too!

We used Magic Windows about six years ago to install a patio door with insect screen. The product is sturdy, well designed and stylish. The installation team were professional, polite and neat in the installation process. Raccoons ripped the netting recently and Magic Windows replaced the netting promptly. The service technician was highly capable. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough. An exceptional company.

Had a small issue with a window hinge on a window that was installed a couple of years ago. Phoned the service number, got an appointment. The team arrived on time, fixed the window, made no mess, and explained what they had done. Was fixed under warranty with no bother. Couldnt be happier with my windows!!

We had 4 sets of windows installed in 2021 - the retractable screens are my favourite feature and weve had no issues with the windows at all. Recently, my dog ripped through one of the screens. From the quick response of the agent to my initial request for service to the window tech that came to fix the screen and the agent that promptly called for the payment afterwards - the service has been fantastic and it makes me so happy to have gone with Magic windows. I especially like that they provide text updates and confirmations along the way. I always recommend Magic Windows if friends ask and we plan to get more windows once we renovate our attic in late 2024. In my opinion, its worth it to invest in quality windows from Magic.

First service, Serviceman came on scheduled time on Friday to fix the screen on one of the window walls . Then on the following Monday , I called to have the screen on the other side of the window wall to repair as it just broke over the weekend. The service receptionist said the serviceman is in the neighbourhood the very next day. Repairs were completed quickly, very happy. Yvonne Lee

Our windows were installed 2 years ago. On one of the window we noticed that plastic film was left inside. I called for warranty, no questions asked. 2 weeks later 2 technicians came to replace the window pane. The technicians were very friendly. Thank you.

Magic windows is one the best companies i have dealt with. Their customer service makes them shine and separate them from everyone else. Everyone in the company i spoke with have made their best efforts to satify me. Company's owners and managers are wonderful people and literally win the hearts and so are the installers. Everyone i have met and spoken with has been kind. Windows build quality speak for themselves and also look amazing. I highly recommend everyone Magic windows. After sales service is also really goood.

I originally used Magic Window a few years ago to replace all the windows and patio doors in my home. I was thrilled with the technology and the service. When an accident resulted in a repair necessary to the patio doors, I called them right away. They instantly worked with me with compassion and were able to fix the problem with out much fuss. Would definitely use again. The staff are courteous, kind and helpful.
