After speaking with four major window companies, I chose Magic Windows. The sales personnel was professional, knowledgeable and convinced me of the top quality of their windows without any pressure to sign a contract. The installation went like clockwork as the team were punctual, friendly, professional and no debris was left behind... The finished job looked amazing and updated the curb appeal for my house. We were looking for an innovative way to provide an open window space for our new outdoor bar and Magic WIndow succeeded on all fronts. They were early in delivery and quick on the install.

Very good quality products installed by knowledgeable personnel. I particularly like the features of the sliding patio door - retractable screen and retractable blinds. My room is much brighter because the screen isn't blocking the light.

When our or back yard construction was completed 6 months later, he returned and took the order. Some of their prices were higher and some lower than the other windows, but the product was dramatically higher in workmanship and quality. The 5 huge “window wall” windows were installed in 2 days. The windows operate like silk complete with retractable screens and blinds. They painted the outside frame to match the house siding using the colour code for an exact match. The inside was finished in in oak to match our wood frames inside. The installers were on time, polite, professional and stayed on task. They left not a trace behind. As someone in the construction business it was excellent installation. We will be happy to show them off to anybody who wants to see them.

This was the last of our windows to replace. We are so impressed with everyone we dealt with. Corey is a pleasure to deal with and "knows his stuff." The company answers any questions we have. All of the installers - their workmanship, punctuality, cleanliness and courtesy toward us represents the company well. They are a definite 10/10!! Thank you Magic Windows!

I had two. Magic Windows installed the other day (a Window Wall and a bedroom window). I was really impressed with all the Magic Windows models when I visited the Magic Windows showroom. I didn’t have to wait very long for an installation date and the installers did a great job. Magic Windows are rather expensive but they are very well built, very energy efficient and have several great features. I really love the built in screens. I highly recommend them. I wish I’d known about them when I replaced some other windows a few years ago as there is no comparison between those earlier ones and my new magic Windows.

For the last number of years we've known we needed to replace three windows, one being a bay. While listening to Newstalk 1010 heard about Magic Windows and that they would have a kiosk at Oakville Place. Dropped by had a look at the windows on display and was excited by what we saw so left our name for a rep to contact us. Dan called and we set up an appointment. By the time he left we were impressed with him and his presentation and placed an order. The windows were installed and boy do we love them. Installers were on time, very professional and cleaned up afterwards. We feel we got a superior product and love the 40 year guarantee which we don’t believe we will ever need, but it’s always nice to know it’s there. For each window we got a regular screen and a privacy screen which we had never seen before as part of the window. Would recommend this Company in a heartbeat.

The door was made and installed much quicker than we were told. The installers arrived at our home the day we were told. Removal of old door and new installation was done professionally. The installers were also organized and cleaned up during different aspects of installation. Over all, very happy with service and installation.
