    Home office renovation

    Installers were on the job at the time they said they would be and found them to be both courteous and friendly. Their installation was both quick and very good.l am very happy with the look of the windows both inside and out and very satisfied with there operation. I would highly recommend these windows to any one considering window replacement or in a new home.

    Replacement windows and patio doors

    I just replaced all my windows and doors with Magic Windows and they are absolutely gorgeous. The installers were polite, efficient and very skilled. The unique features with the difference screens allow you to customize any window. I highly recommend their windows and doors. I even installed a window wall in my bedroom which was previously a standard door and it makes a huge difference. Great product and staff.

    Complete windows upgrade...

    After many years and long winters our windows needed changing, we contacted Magic Windows; from the initial consultation to the installation, we found Magic Windows to be competent, efficient and very responsive in helping us to decide what worked best for our home. We truly can’t say enough about how well organized everyone is at Magic Windows, our windows replacement went smoothly and exactly as our sales person said it would.     On time and budget for a quality product

    Magic Windows was one of the only window companies that didn’t try and up sell us for a larger job. And they came when they said they would, provided a quote, and offered many options like built in shades in a variety of colours that we loved. They were professional and courteous and did a great job replacing glass block windows that had been broken. Many window companies wouldn’t touch this job. I would highly recommend and plan on using them again for future larger jobs. Well done!

    Great windows, quick installation

    The sales person was professional and helped us make the right choice. We've chosen laminated glass in one of the rooms to reduce level of noise and it helped. Installation was quick.

    Unbelievably Excellent Service and Customer Satisfaction

    We purchased a 'Magic Windows' patio door. It turned out that our decision to go with a 3 panel, was incorrect, due to the space we had avaialble for the door. We called and mentioned this - the owner of the company, Sol, came to our home personally to check out our situation. He made it right for us - just today, 2 very polite, capable and efficient installers from the company, installed a brand new 2 panel door, which fits much better. And this was at no extra cost to us! They took out the entire 3 panel door, and fully replaced it with a new 2 panel door. Never, have I seen such care and attention to a customer's needs. We are totally satisfied and very happy with everything. Thank you Sol and Magic Windows for making our investment the perfect one. I would highly recommend Magic Windows to anyone who is serious about investing in a great product, backed up by outstanding customer service and satisfaction!

    Excellent experience

    Magic windows installed three new windows in our home. The windows are beautiful and the installation was very well done. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Well done all around.

    Window Replacement

    We made a very wise decision to use Magic Window Innovations to replace our original windows. From the outset this Company proved themselves to be true to their word, the initial consultation was thorough, explaining the product manufacturing, the installation process, and our Salesperson, Alex, listened carefully to our needs and wants. The Installation was implemented very well, installers arrived as promised and proceeded to remove the old windows, insert the new product with speed and dexterity and were very polite. They also took care to clean up and remove all the debris and worked with remarkable speed not compromising on quality. We will definitely use them to replace basement windows in the next phase of our renovations and I highly recommend Magic Window Innovations to any homeowner considering replacing their windows.

    Replacement windows

    A very good experience. The Magic Window Innovations consultant was knowledgeable and effective, presenting and demonstrating all the features of the windows, making suggestions for design, generally making my decision-making process much easier. The installation was efficient, taking less time that I had anticipated. I am very happy with my new casement windows: they are easy to open and close, and they fit with the age and décor of my home. I would not hesitate to recommend Magic Window Innovations to anyone wanting to replace their existing windows or install new ones.

    Home windows replacement

    We came to MagicWindow because it’s high quality products, attractive design with tractable shells/screens, and in particular the company’s 40 year commitment to its windows. The installation was much better and smoother process than we thought before. My home was back to comfortable and clean before we said goodbye to the company installation staff.
