    Window Replacement - 4 large windows

    I am very pleased with our new Magic Windows. We chose Magic Windows primarily due to the retractable screen system. It works as promised and lets us enjoy the outside views without looking through the screen unless we need to open the window. We were very pleased with the entire experience. The sales process was consultative and not high pressure. The product itself seems to be of high quality with excellent energy efficiency. I was especially pleased with the installation as we had several windows with a tricky installation due to the need to work around existing countertops and cabinets. They were even able to install seamlessly with an existing California shutter. The installation team was excellent. We chose to purchase half the windows this spring so we could gauge the quality and installation. Based on our experience, we expect to move forward with the replacement of the remaining windows in the fall.

    WHole house

    I was very pleased with the product and the installation. The retracting screens are fantastic. Cost was competitive. I also got some of the retracting blinds which work well too. By using slightly wider interior trim than the original, it covered the paint edge and I did not need to repaint walls that had a new window. We went brick-to-brick with the installation.

    Magic Kitchen Windows

    The sales person was very helpful in selecting the right type of blinds. The installers were courteous and did a great job in installing the windows and even put my patio door back on track. They even sent another person to add an extra stop for the blinds this week. All in all it was a good experience.

    Great service and products

    We've been doing our windows with these guys for two years, will definitely keep coming back for the rest of the windows in the house. Very happy with the service, the sales/project manager really pays attention, answers all the questions, patiently goes through many iterations of the quote to make sure you get what you need - both pre- and post-installation. The product is great, and specifically for these reasons: 1. 40-year-warranty. This is the #1 reason we decided to go with Magic Window. The company's been in existence for about 40 years already so I'm not worried about its longevity. These windows aren't cheap, but the guaranteed quality on product and installation for that long makes it worth it. 2. They produce and install your windows, so you don't ever need to deal with any other third party, and there's no dodging responsibility. Plus the windows are manufactured right here in the GTA, so in case of any problems with the product they're able to fix it very quickly. 3. Product innovation - no cranking, retractable screen, built-in blackout & solar blinds, window wall, etc. Check out their product pictures/videos online. Everything looks so clean and simple. Overall highly recommend!

    new windows and window panels

    e have heard of Magic Windows on New Classical FM 96.3 and liked the add especially Michelle who liked the window so much that she went to work for the company and we were lucky enough to have her as our sales person. The sales presentation was interesting, but we wanted to be sure that this is what we wanted. So we visited the showroom , and got the window we wanted. The installation was fast and efficient thanks to the team of Ike , (Soso and Nick) Very happy with the results, It's beautiful

    New windows and patio doors

    Windows are very excellent with all the features. Installation was quick and efficient. Cleanup was good. Very happy! We added the solar panels to some of the windows. They also reinstalled our wood shutters and blackout blinds.

    New patio doors and bedroom windows

    We contacted Magic Windows after seeing their many ads and seeing the product in person at the Toronto Home Show. The sales consultant came to the house and was obviously enthusiastic about the product. The installers were two hardworking, professional fellows who did a really nice job. So far, we are very pleased. Love the smooth glide of the doors and the sun shade feature is really attractive. The retractable screen on the windows and doors was an important selling feature for us.

    Magic windows

    We like our magic windows with the screens a blinds built right in and they block out noise and darken the room. They are great. Great job and very fast and efficient

    Satisfied client

    I purchased patio doors in 2009 (10 years ago) from Magic Windows. These doors were being sold by Magic Windows although they were not their own product. Sol came out and assessed the situation. Subsequently, he offered to install his product (Window Wall) at no charge. Couldn't believe my good fortune. Ten years later I received a superior product at no extra charge. Thanks a million Sol!
