The house we moved into 2 years ago was almost 25 years old and needed new windows desperately. My husband had heard the ad on the radio for Magic Windows,so when we were looking at who we would get quotes from, he insisted we contact Magic Windows. Corey made the trip to Barrie and we were very impressed with his professionalism but also his in-depth knowledge of the product. We ended up not even getting another quote! We were impressed especially with the 40 year warranty the windows have and that it is also transferable if and when the time comes to move later on. We got the kitchen windows and sliding door replaced last year. The eating area of the kitchen was very cold in the winter and we knew there was an energy loss problem with the old windows. We had the 3 kitchen windows (one which is a large picture window) and the sliding door replaced first. We could not get over the improvement in the warmth of the kitchen this past winter and our heating bill showed some savings. We had the remaining windows in the house replaced two weeks ago and we are thrilled with the outcome! Our bedroom gets the morning sun and our curtains do not block out the light, so we would literally wake up with the sun every morning. We got the retractable solar blinds for the bedroom windows and we can't begin to tell you what a transformation it is. Now we have to set the alarm or we will sleep in!! We love the innovation of the windows to be able to clean them from both sides but we love the retractable screens as well. We were especially impressed with the installers - Milan and Zoran. They are very professional and courteous and we were especially impressed with how they cleaned up each room after the windows were installed. We would not hesitate to recommend Magic Windows to anyone - the product they sell is superior (I don't know of another company with a 40 year transferable warranty!), Corey was very personable and wonderful to deal with - wanting to ensure we are completely satisfied, the installers are professional, courteous, efficient, attentive to details and extremely clean. I wasn't looking forward to the upheaval a job like this could create in our home, but I can honestly say it was not an issue during the process at all. I purchased my window wall it is fantastic. I have had 2 minor issues and received amazing free service within 2 days both times to my house that is 1.5 hours away. Definitely recommend.

Thanks to Corey, for his help and suggestions. We had all windows and patio door replaced. Windows look good and provide better a view, especially with the retractable screens. (great idea ) Noticeable improvement in sound deadening qualities.

Corey at Magic Windows was incredibly quick in setting up a personal in home appointment and then ensuring that the job was completed within the time frame stipulated. We had one window that had some very unattractive metal sheeting around it and the installers did an incredible job in finishing it to perfection. Our only regret is that we didn't get all the windows done at one time, but rest assured we placed an additional order to finish the rest of the windows once we saw the finished product. The cross breezes by having the windows open are a lovely bonus during summer days and nights when we want to give our A/C a break. We've highly recommended their services to everyone we know. The windows really are magic.

Our windows were installed last May and they are amazing! They are so easy to use, look fantastic and have really brightened our home. The installers were fast and did excellent work. The windows were more expensive than some of the other options out there but they are far superior. We have retractable screens, more window and better options. Corey was also great to deal with! Love my magic windows!!

Incredible product and provides such great value and enjoyment even at slightly higher price than other systems. Who would guess after sending an email over a minor operational problem with the window on a saturday night that the President Sol would show up on your door step the next morning with a service person Sunday morning to make a minor 10 min adjustment. That's after market service and a show of dedication to their well built product !

First off, readers should know I’m a marketer so I don’t fall for advertising promises. I researched 5 window companies and met with a short list looking at design, installation, construction and warrantees. After meeting Magic Window, I knew they were the right company. Lior took me through their design and the technology behind the composite of their windows proving why their windows were superior to others. It was really fascinating stuff. They also had scientific validation to support their design superiority. (I also like the design because my short arms can reach the exterior for cleaning and the screens are built in so I can get lots of light when the screens are retracted.) Their warrantee was vastly superior to others with no tricky language like others who state, “excludes normal wear and tear due to weather”—aren’t windows there to protect from weather? I had the windows installed in Fall 2015 and waited until a few months of winter had passed before writing this to ensure I could provide valuable feedback to other readers. Magic Window exceeded my expectations. I used to need extra heaters before the windows were installed. Now, there are no chilly spots and I haven’t needed any extra heaters so my bills are lower. It’s also much quieter. There was one panel of glass with the wrong pattern and customer service was responsive to having it remedied as soon as possible. The installation team was very thorough and careful with my home. No mess. No bumps or scratches on my walls. They even suggested a limiter on my top floor window that limits the opening of a window for safety reasons. No extra charge; just them being thorough. I would gladly recommend Magic Window. They may be a little more on the expensive side but after dealing with poorly installed windows before, I wanted a company I could trust with superior customer service. Magic Window is definitely a company you want to use.

My house was built in 1962 and had the original windows. After comparing features and prices of numerous window suppliers, I decided on Magic Windows. One of the features I really like is the retractable screens. I am very happy with the many wonderful features of the windows, the efficient and courteous installation as well as the professional follow-up. I would highly recommend this company.

I was set to purchase windows from a competitor when my wife heard ads for Magic Windows on 740 am claiming they were the best anywhere. I agreed to have them out for a quote with the intention of appeasing my wife but instead was struck by their superior design, construction and features (integrated screens, sunscreens and black out screens that roll out from the frame). So we signed up to have them installed. The installers came and did an excellent job of installing the windows as scheduled however when complete it was apparent that one of the features quoted to us had been omitted from the order. Because these features are integrated with the windows, the correction of this problem was significant and required the complete removal and reinstallation. Magic Windows did this reinstallation as quickly as they could and without complaint or challenge to the original cost. I would highly recommend these windows and this company based on my experience.

The real value and worth of a company is not only the quality of its product but also the commitment of its staff in providing meaningful customer support. Magic Windows scores high on both counts. In 2011 I had 24 old aluminum windows and 2 patio doors replaced by Magic Windows. A few months ago the lock on my kitchen patio door jammed in the closed position forcing the door to be permanently closed\locked. After a quick and desperate call to Magic Windows, Hanson the technician arrived and "magically" took the door apart, got into the locking mechanism and "liberated" the door. He truthfully advised me that this was a temporary fix and that he would return in a day or so with a new lock, which he did. I was anticipating the cost of a "house call" but was told there was no charge. More recently a plastic screen lock snapped on one of my windows so I took it to their factory to get it fixed. Jennifer the receptionist was friendly and immediately said there would be no problem in replacing it. It would take five or so minutes. While waiting at the front desk, on separate occasions, four employees walked by and each one asked if someone was “looking after me”. They really made me feel that I was a valued customer and were intent on making sure that I was being served. I have been in some box stores that as soon as they see you need help they head the other way! In short, I am very pleased that I chose Magic Windows for I not only have a quality product but also a dedicated team that not only promises good customer support but delivers on its promise.
