    Apartment painting including walls, trim and ceiling

    Dana was amazing - she was so efficient without missing anything. She was friendly, respectful of my space and schedule, and kept me updated on her progress. I will definitely request for Dana in the future!

    Two Bathrooms and one Bedroom

    We had 2 bathrooms and one bedroom painted, including bifold doors and baseboards. Their work is great and it was done efficiently. Always happy with the quality of work they do.

    Condo Rennovation in New Westminster

    Once again Benchmark exceeded our expectations. This is our third time using their services and we were overall very pleased with their workmanship, attention to detail and willingness to offer their opinion and address items outside of the original scope of work. The workers were on time, flexible with scheduling and had great communication. They were also very friendly and pleasant to be around. They did various dry-wall repairs, installed baseboards, door trims, and painted the entire condo. They also did a fantastic job repairing our fireplace mantel that needed some TLC. Thank you for the great service!

    Interior painting

    The two ladies who completed our project were very friendly and professional. We were extremely pleased with the quality of painting. Their communication with us on the project project was excellent.

    North Delta House Paint

    Totally professional company. From the initial meeting with Brett Collins to show the scope of work needed, receiving the detailed estimate, along with suggestions for work needed, upgrade of paint quality etc- everything was top notch. Crews were on time every day- careful with my property and I could see they had a game plan as everything flowed smoothly. Any small corrections needed that I pointed out were taken care of promptly and cheerfully. Had exterior front and 2 side gables, as well as 90% of interior painted- including all baseboards, crowns, doors, trim etc- filled, sanded, painted- 2 coats on everything. Five day job- crew worked out to 18 person days at 8 hours a day-would have taken me over a month to do all the work. I would happily and highly recommend them to anyone.

    Paint and millwork

    I am very pleased, I needed some new moldings and paint. I was on a tight time line and was accommodated fully. Thank you for doing such a great job.

    Townhouse Painting and mill work

    We were very pleased with all aspects of this project. Everyone we dealt with were professional, polite and cleanup at the end of each day and made sure we had our bed to sleep in. In the new year we will have Benchmark back to do work in our basement.
