However, we're not so happy to hear about your dissatisfaction with the swelling issue that was previously there, but now more visible. Our entire team works extremely hard to ensure the complete satisfaction of each and every customer - we try to do everything in our control to ensure an exceptional Benchmark Painting experience, from beginning to end. However, in some instances and before we actually "get into a job", we're not always aware of some pre-existing conditions and therefore unable to foresee some issues that may result. In these rare instances, we unfortunately don't get to meet the expectation of our customers. As explained to you, there is almost always a solution, however, the solution almost always includes a cost for the additional work that needs to be done. We truly regret that you weren't completely satisfied with the final result of the painting work we did, and we're very sorry to know that your experience with us was less than exceptional.
