Roman and his partner did a great job polishing our stone counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. They showed up on time, completed the job when expected, sent a text to let us know the job was finished and left the house very clean. Roman was polite, professional and easy to work with.

Having just moved into a new home with badly stained Carrera marble kitchen and bathroom counters, we didn't know where to start to have them repaired. We found Roman and Ace Marble Polishing on Homestars and the countless positive reviews made calling easy. Friendly on the phone, within days he dropped by to take a look. Very professional and mindful of our family situation (young son eating breakfast etc.), he was very practical with his recommendations, coaching us on what was worth doing and not as necessary, and then helped us to prioritize what work should be done. He gave us a very clear and reasonable quote with very specific timelines, but with no pressure to commit. Within a few weeks, the work was done, and just as all the other reviews said, Roman did the work himself, showed up on time, left the house spotless and was kind, polite and helpful with every step. The work is spectacular and I will be recommending him to everyone I can. Very grateful for the entire experience, especially considering we started with no idea where to look and only 2 weeks later, have a breathtaking result, at an affordable price, and all delivered in a way that was not only pleasant and respectful, but worry-free and conscientious. a fantastic company, people, skills and results.

During our kitchen renovation a year ago, we were debating if we should replace the travertine floor in our hallway. We spent a lot of money replacing the floor with natural stone when we moved into the house 8 years ago. Unfortunately, there were a lot of lippages (uneven tiles). We found out from the internet that lippage can be removed. We obtained quotes from a couple of vendors. Finally, our tiling guy recommended us to Roman, owner of Ace Marble Polishing. His quote was almost 1/2 of the cost of what we received from another big company. Roman and his crew were so professional and nice. They sanded the floor down to remove the lippages, polished and sealed the floor to give it a fresh look. The job was perfectly executed and the floor was like new (and still looks new). I am so glad that we did not replace the hallway floor. When we installed hardwood floor in the adjacent room a few months ago, the hardwood floor guy cracked one of the travertine tiles in the hallway. Roman fixed like new for us asap and without charging a penny. I also recommended Roman and his company to 2 other friends and they are both extremely happy with his service. I highly recommend Roman, Ace Marble Polishing. I am very impressed by his workmanship, service, professionalism and honesty.

Nicest man you could ever meet. Roman showed up on the day I requested and the time I requested and got to work immediately. He and his partner completed the job with no interruptions, issues or dust! Left my home as politely, quietly and efficiently as he arrived. I wish all trades could provide such a pleasurable experience. You will not be disappointed.

Roman and his partner are awesome. They skilfully cleaned, polished, and sealed the marble countertops to look better than new some months ago. Unfortunately a few drops of some chemical left some small stains again. We phoned Roman and he promptly attended to them for no charge.He is one of the few tradespeople with an honest, hardworking, conscientious, and efficient work ethic. He is, in fact, a class act. We have no hesitation to recommend or use this company in the future.

The natural travertine floors in our entranceway and kitchen had become scratched, pitted, and generally crappy looking in the 10+ years that they've been down. Roman showed up the day after we called to give us a quote, which was a full 30% lower than another service that had given us a quote. The job was done quickly, on time, and cost the amount quoted. They didn't leave the slightest mess, and our floors look better than the day they were installed. Highly recommend!! This is the best $1000 we have ever spent on the house, made a huge difference!

We called Ace Marble to restore and reseal a long marble bathroom countertop and we were absolutely delighted with the whole process. The owner Roman always took our phone calls and was extremely friendly. He arrived right on time and worked very cleanly and efficiently. He was not in a hurry and explained many things about marble maintenance. He was very pleasant and honest, and the quality of his work was outstanding. The marble looks superb. We will definitely be calling him for any other natural stone work. He deserves to do very well in his business.

I had just completed a bathroom renovation with marble flooring and was told by my contractor and his marble finisher that the gouges left in the floor from the construction crew could not be removed in less than 5 days, and costing thousands of dollars. I then read Roman's reviews on this website ad gave him a call. He came over soon after and told me my floors would look like new after 3 hours of his work. He was not wrong. His workmanship was beautiful and I am very grateful. I absolutely without hesitation recommend his services and will continue to use them myself. Thank you!

Roman is fantastic. He is honest hardworking and phenomenal at what he does. He comes in on a regular basis to refinish the floors and countertops and the floor looks better than when it was installed. My son's bathroom has limestone and was very badly watermarked as it had never been sealed. Roman restored it and sealed it. It was gorgeous. If only all trades were like Roman, he's truly amazing.
