Frank was the main contact with Willowtree. He is very quick to respond to questions or clarity on the project. Great guy Project was completed with minimal delays (during covid which is impressive), on budget (we added as we went) and at a very high quality. Second time we have used them, super impressed both times. Note you will pay more, but you are paying for high quality, done by quality licensed workers , on time and on agreed budget. Highly recommended.

Frank as the key contact point gets back to you when you reach out, follows up with all detail and let’s you know when you you have made decisions that will put you over budget (if you choose to). Project was completed with minimal delays, which given covid delays is impressive. 2nd time we’ve used Frank and Willowtree and both times they delivered high quality and on time. Please note. It will be more expensive than other quotes you get. You are paying for high quality, done right and on time.

After a great deal of research, I was lucky to find Willowtree Construction Company Inc. They did a demolition and rebuild of our detached garage roof and more. The owner of the company charged us a reasonable price which happened to fall within our budget, and his trades people did a great job! Carlo D.

As always, Frank was very responsive when we got in touch to ask about a small project on our main floor to add a new railing to our main stairs. He was able to schedule us in quickly and the job was professionally completed in less than one day to our exact specifications and design wishes. We need to finish with paint, but the project fits better with our existing decor (and railings upstairs) than we'd hoped for. We'll definitely work with Frank again for future projects and would recommend him to anyone looking to make high-quality improvements in their home.

We bought our first home here in Canada and having the habit from home of renovating before moving in, we did the same here. We found Frank by recommendation from our realtor - she mentioned that Frank got her out of some failed renovation and it was great. So, I've called Frank for a quote. He came by, evaluated everything that it was to be done and took some time to come with an offer. About a week later he came back with the offer and the timeline of the work to be done. I was surprised at first but Frank took the time to stay and discuss with us every aspect why and how the price and timeline were considered. We started the project at the end of November and it was supposed to take 10 weeks even with the Christmas season on the way. Work started and advanced fast and Frank was on top of it. Frank's team worked even during the Christmas "vacation" even without Frank being present. They knew what they had to do and did it great. Frank kept close contact with the project even while being away. All the planned terms worked like a charm. Even when something unexpected came up (and there were plenty of occasions) Frank was able to plan ahead with the coming phases. At the very end the job was awesome and in the planned time. The renovation involved following: renewing of the kitchen(new tile floors,taking down old cabinets and a wall from a previous pantry; making new custom cabinets and instaling apliances),full renovation of our lower bathroom (which included new ventilator, lights, new shower with drainage that where not previously there,moving toilet drainage so we could fit a shower,tiling and lights), creation of a new wardrobe space with custom doors at the side entrance, painting all over the house and replacement of the electrical panel. There were small hick-ups - like the electrician making a technical good job but a nasty looking one. Frank was able to deal with them and make them redo the job to the best of their abilities and also mentioned changing for the future. Overall, we loved the outcome of a project, we are happily living in our newly renovated home and looking forward for the next projects coming and for which Frank and his team will be the contractor to do it. We will always recommend Frank to our friends and family. Thank you Frank.

Frank and his teams were amazing to work with throughout our basement finishing project (Fall 2019). While the basement had been dug out already, there was a significant amount of carpentry, plumbing, electric and other finishing work required to turn our basement from a cold, cement hole to a new living space for our family, complete with a new energy-efficient furnace and water heater set-up, a complete new 3-piece bathroom, and lots of usable living and storage space. Throughout the project, Frank supported us with very thorough explanations of the work that was required, options for resolving any issues that arose in an old house, as well as status updates as to how things were progressing. He was very patient as we asked questions to understand the work underway, and he went out of his way to ensure that any worries we had were addressed. The teams and trades professionals that Frank brought into our home were always professional and courteous, and it was clear that they cared a lot about the quality of their work. As we were renovating an old house, there were invariably surprises along the way; Frank and his team were always quick to identify potential challenges and to resolve them as quickly as possible. The quality of the finished project is very high, and is a reflection of how much Frank and his team care about their clients. We would definitely work with him again on future projects or recommend him to others, especially for larger-sized projects. Thank you Frank!

Frank did a basement renovation for us while ago and came to us and talked a big talk about taking a lot of care and having his quality and reputation being his top priority, which made us pick him as our contracter along with the reviews he had. However After the deposit and scheduling, he cut a lot of corners. He hired unskilled workers instead of people who specialized in the type of work they were doing. They were careless and damaged the rest of the house. Frank then tried to turn it around on us and took no responsibility afterwards. Subsequent contractors coming over the years have mentioned how shoddy and unprofessional his work has been. Afterwards he tried to pressure us into only leaving a good review for him, or not leave one at all (Which makes it clear why his rating is so high for the type of work he has done). The only upside is Frank stuck to his quote, and didn't go above, but was late on delivery and was careless. He'll take care of things which are small and won't cost money, but he will cut corners on all the big stuff so he can pocket the difference.

My wife and I decided to finally make a new covered porch at the front of our house. The one we had was tiny and not very functional. We wanted a bigger one, with the bonus of a new cellar underneath. The job also included tearing down a wall that separated the existing cellar in the basement to make our kitchen area bigger. We used the Get a Quote function on the HomeStars website to connect with a contractor for what we were looking for. Frank at Willowtree Construction Company quickly responded as being interested. After a lengthy review of the quotations and meeting with each contractor, we made the confident decision to work with Willowtree Construction Company. Frank was wonderful. We met a couple times and talked through the project. After receiving the City permit, Frank began the demo and construction. Everything went as planned, with only minor hiccups that were quickly solved. Frank is always one step ahead of the game. Every question I had, he answered and I was satisfied. The job was done professionally, and we could not be happier with the results. The end product was exactly what we had envisioned it to be. Frank and his crews were very professional, approachable and kept us updated with all of the work. In the end, we got a beautiful new covered porch and a very positive experience. My wife and I decided to do some minor renovations in the house this summer to freshen up the main floor; which involved tearing down a knee wall, moving a fireplace, putting in some built-in cabinets, and installing new counter tops. I did my research using homestars and found Willowtree Construction. From the very first meeting to the end of the project – I would sum up our experience with Frank with two words: Quality and Integrity. As every renovation we’ve ever done, we anticipated minor hiccups, Frank made things right when certain trades did not live up to his or our expectations. His commitment to ensuring quality work is bar none. He certainly wasn’t the cheapest out of the contractors we looked at – but as they say you get what you pay for – and with Willowtree Construction you can assure you will get professional service with integrity and quality.

Frank (Willowtree Construction Company) came highly recommended to us by a family member when we needed certain repairs done at our rental property on an urgent basis. We were moving out of town in a couple of days and our dog had chewed through some baseboards, window trim and drywall. Needless to say, we were in a bind and were looking for professional help on an expedited basis. Shortly after receiving the referral, we connected with Frank who advised that he could make himself available to complete the repairs within our very short timeframe. He came to our home first thing the next day with his associate and completed the work that same day. The work was excellent and exactly what we wanted. We were extremely happy, not only with the end result, but also the overall experience. Frank took a very stressful situation and made it painless for us.
