Archie is a perfectionist and everything is always the way you envisioned. The timelines were met and it proceeded as it should. The French Doors are amazing and it has enlivened our living space is glorious.

I was in a hurry to replace a single basement window and Sobol offered me the best lead-time. When all other companies were quoting 8-10 weeks, Archie installed our window in less than 4 weeks. Archie and Kozue were very professional and prompt throughout our dealing. Although this was a single window, they were very attentive from the beginning. I recommend highly them.

We buy the window more than 2 years ago. It came with a 5 year guarantee. Like last year, I received a notice from them asking to came and check its performance after the winter season. Every point and corner of the 4 panels, was checked and mainrenance was done . Very resposible people ! Certainly, I 'm satisfied with them.

Archie is now a regular at my house. He's just done finishing the replacement of three windows this year, while he replaced two other windows + did a cut out last year, and did another cut out the year before. Archie's company is serious, reliable and the customer service is good. One of my new windows got a crack last winter, but that window got replaced by the manufacturer without any issues after a quick phone call to Archie. Archie and his wife always respond in a timely and professional manner. Sobol Inc. is my go-to window installation company. I wish them to continue to be successful for the years to come.

I hired Sobol Windows on the basis of the great reviews he had here on Homestars. We were not disappointed. His service was fantastic. He came and talked to us for a couple of hours in a totally low pressure way going over our options. He was very honest about the advantages and disadvantages of the various choices (I never felt we were being upsold). After he gave us a quote and a time estimate, he finished the work within the time estimate and within the quote. He left the house totally clean and was very efficient. So far the windows are great and we have absolutely no complaints at all. Highly recommended.
