Sobol Inc has three great things going for them: 1) Excellent, professional, courteous installers and staff 2) Quality product that they install - the windows have high quality hardware that will last, the frames to the screens are metal and look like they will last longer than some of the plastic framed screens from other manufacturers. 3) Good pricing - I got a similar quote from another company that was rated high for installation service but when I researched further the actual windows were getting bad reviews on other websites. The windows Sobol uses get good reviews on other websites.

My rental unit in Toronto was missing one of the windows (one window slider frame). I called around and most of the companies told me that they do not do any repairs and they can only replace the whole window. Sobol was able to make the window frame and glass to fit the existing window and they even gave me an estimate from a picture I emailed them. Because I live in Niagara Falls, it was great that I didn't have to go up to Toronto to get the estimate! The work was done quickly and I am very happy with the result. I will use them again and I will recommend them to anyone.

Sobol Inc. gave us a quote and gave us the number of days it would take to do the job. They followed through to the tee. They were very courtious and their perfomance very satisfactory. They replaced 3 exterior doors, 3 basement windows and 1 eavestrough and did a great job as usual. Highly recommend their services. They are very professional. They review the quote with you to make sure everything matches what you need and make good recommendations to you.

Archie and his team did a fantastic job installing our retrofit windows and doors. Started and finished the job on schedule, cleaned up, and were always courteous. We are very satisfied with the product (Vinylbilt and Maxdor) as well - the new windows and doors look good, function well, and are easy to clean. Archie came to visit us by giving great advise on what windows need to be replaced and those that just needed casing repair - saving us several thousand dollars. New installation was done on time and smoothly. After the post inspection minor remaining work was completed promptly

We were very happy with the service from Sobol throughout the process. Archie came to our house on a weekend to provide the quote and was very friendly and professional. The quoted price was very good. Sobol scheduled us in for before my wife's due date. The baby came early and they were very accommodating in rescheduling the installation, holding our new window in storage for over 2 months while things settled down. We would not hesitate to recommend Sobol to anyone.

I selected Sobol to replace my front entry doors based on their stellar rating on HomeStars and I was not dissappointed. My doors look fantastic and are the envy of the neighbourhood!! They are a 100% improvement from the previous door installation done a year ago. That was the worst door installation ever !!! (refer to my review of Hollywood Doors) Archiel is courteous and explains the entire job in detail so there are no surprises. I was a little apprehensive that Archiel himself did not install my doors, but his crew led by Maga did a superb job. He really took his time to do a proper job and I'm completely satisfied. They get my full recommendation and will not hesitate in using them again.

We picked Sobol because of the reviews listed on Homestars and were very happy with the results. Their price was fair and work done on the agreed schedule with no hassels. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for doors/windows.

Fantastic service. Daily updates by staff and contacted by lead guy (Archiel) at beginning of, during and after installation was complete to make sure that we were satisfied. Totally professional. We also used them to fix problems created by a previous window installer who was not very professional. They arrived on time and cleaned any area that was used for installation. All companies should have this kind of customer service and workmanship. A+++++++
