We apologize for the inconvenience you had during your move. Because of the high volume of the business, sometimes we rent many trucks, that's why there will be no any sign of company's name on these trucks. When we get an authorization for credit cards, it's over the phone, on the delivery date we must swipe the same card and get a signature from the customer. Otherwise we do not collect double payment. This procedure is important, Visa/Mastercard they want us to prove customer's signature, we have to have the swiped card. The scale tickets are always attached the contract, if you wanted to see it, our driver's could show it to you. I personally apologize again for the inconvenience caused. Regards, Sasha
