Nima and his team is very professional, job done satisfactory, they surely know what they are doing, each person taking care of one part and yet everything came together seamlessly, they even cleaned up my basement after the work was done. 2 thumbs up! Nima also helped me arrange for financing, very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend the service to my friends and family.

The install was great. The Tech was on time, called before coming, knowledgeable and very helpful with the set up. I'd definitely recommend Mr. Heat.

They installed a gas line for a new stove. They were able to run the line in such a way as to avoid creating new bulk heads in the basement. Provided recommendations for the furnace and hot water tank as well. Have done business with them once before to repair an air conditioner and will continue calling them when needed.

Nema showed up to quote 1-week earlier. On scheduled day not only showed up right on time, did the job and cleaned up too!! Who does that??? only a true professional. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend without any hesitation.

I called these guys last night. Explained to them my situation. They made an appointment for me the next day AM. They came at a time they indicated to me before hand. The guy who I spoke to on the phone is who came to my house. Very friendly. Checked everything was as it should be. Restarted my gas supply. I am happy as a clam. Very professional. I am very impressed with this company and will work with them for any of my personal/professional jobs. I do recommend them to anyone as well, I was treated with respect, and valued as a customer, and given great advice.. what more could you ask for!

Got Mr. heat to come inspect my furnace for a new home purchase. He pointed out the issue and recommended to replace the furnace (upsell?). Negotiated the price on spot. They installed it professionally per schedule and made sure it was cleaned after. Overall service attitude is good. Not sure about the pricing since I didn't shop around. Bonus: they even helped me to change my hot water tank's temperature for free.

After some research found them reliable. Their advises regarding choosing appropriate system and size, were excellent. Their installation also was accurate, fast and clean. I really like their attitude. They are strongly recommended.

After 4 separate visits from the utility company who was unable to diagnose or repair my 2 year old gas fireplace (the utility had even said we needed to get an electrician!) I was incredibly frustrated! I therefore called Mr. Heat Mechanical instead. The team from Mr. Heat was courteous, prompt and professional. They booked me an appointment right away, Nima came out on time and immediately diagnosed the problem (a broken piezo and thermocoupler) and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. My gas fireplace now works the way it should. I would highly recommend their service to everyone. Thank you very much Nima!

I highly recommend Mr Heat Mechanical services. I called Mr Heat Mechanical based on a recommendation from a friend after my 5 year old Lennox furnace broken down. Nima answered the call promptly, quickly verified that my furnace was still under warranty (over the phone) and arrived exactly within the window that was promised. This was already more than what the other 10 contractors I called were willing to do. Some places offered seemingly random solutions or offered a fee of $150+ just to diagnose the problem when they arrive which does not include parts or labour. Within minutes of arrival the furnace issue was identified. NIma returned within hours (as promised) with the replacement parts to complete the repairs. In my opinion, Nima went above and beyond what I would expect from a repair service. He offered to diagnose my gas fireplace issue so that I could use it during the outage (-20C outside). He also tuned up my furnace, once it was running again, to increase the output by another 10%. Throughout the entire process, Nima's kept me informed which I appreciated. Summary: on-time arrivals, outstanding service, reasonable prices, honest and professional. This company would be hard to beat.
