Mr. Heat Mechanical has installed several pieces of equipment to help us improve our heating and cooling system including a humidifier, heat ex-changer and high efficiency furnace. Nima and his co-workers are knowledgeable, efficient and meticulous. The system is working very well and Mr. Heat promptly responds to yearly maintenance calls in a timely manner. Excellent service from installation to seasonal furnace maintenance. Prices are always very reasonable.

I had Mr Heat Mechanical Inc replace 2 furnances in my rental homes. They were very professional and knowledgeable. One situation was critical as my tenants did not have any heating during the snow/ice storm. They responded quickly (worked on Sunday! because of the urgency. I was very impressed). Even though the second unit didn't need to be replaced at the present time, I had it replaced as well a couple of days later. If you are looking to either replace or repair heating and airconditioning units, don't hestitate to contact them. You will not be disappointed.

After repairing my AC a year and a half earlier I was faced this time with a Furnace that would not blow any hot air after the ice storm and numerous power fluctuations in the city. I called Nima at 8am on the day before Christmas eve and by 830am he had called me back and came to the house by 11am - amazing considering there were people without electricity scattered through the city and it was holiday season. Nima assessed the issue and found both the ignitor and gas valve were both damaged (likely from numerous power fluctuations the day and night before) and needed replacement. He had to go back to Richmond hill for one of the parts but came back by 4PM and had the unit repaired and blowing hot air by 5PM! This was critical as we were hosting a dinner the next day and temperatures were expected to drop to below -10 deg C!. Although it was pricier than what I had hoped for, Nima was able to lower costs where he could for us and got the job done! Thanks Nima!

Nima is a PRO. My 16 year old AC finally gave out on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon, Nima had a new one installed and my house was cooling off. I've had Nima replace my hot water tank, my Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) and now my A/C unit. When my furnace goes, he'll be the guy that I call. He's friendly, easy going, open to questions and installs quality equipment (Lennox A/C). If you use him, you will not be disappointed.

We called 4 companies for information and quotes. Mr Heat Mechanical answered our call quickly, provided good information and offered a competitive price. They were able to install when we were available and the installation was very quick. The tech explained how the unit works and when to service next. We would certainly recommend Mr Heat Mechanical.

The humidity level in my home was getting very low so I called this company after considerable research online. My call was answered right away and an appointment scheduled for 2 days later. He was punctual and efficient and everything appears to be working great. the humidity levels have risen to a comfortable amount. Thanks again.

Our home started to have some burned smell in every room. I found out that it was coming from our furnace. It happened around late afternoon and I started making phone calls for someone to come and take a look. I had no luck with the first few companies - nobody was willing to come so late or I had to leave my number for someone to call me back the next day. Fortunately Nima agreed to come and it was a big relief! He arrived after dinner and explained to me that our motor was broken. He fixed everything quickly and our furnace has been working just fine since then. He's a hard working and skilled technician and I was very happy with his service.

Had Mr Heat come by during the holidays and instal a home humidifier controlled by the new Ecobee Tstat. Everything was installed in about 2.5 hours. Job was neat and quick and they answered all my questions during the install... will be using them again in the near future to get an AC unit.

Mr Heat Mechanical offers a great service. They had to come a few times until the water heater worked well, but they always came as soon as possible and helped us solve our problem at no extra charge. Their attitude is fantastic, they are very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommendable.

At 9:30pm, my after hours call was answered immediately by a live person, I was told a technician would arrive between 10:30 and 11:00pm. Mike arrived at 10:30 on the dot, was very polite, friendly and very knowledgable. Mike got my furnace running within minutes and saved the day... I can't thank Mike and Mr. Heat enough.
