Mr. Heat installed our new a/c unit and furnace 3 years ago, and we have been very satisfied with their services from day 1. They were prompt, honest, knowledgeable and reliable. We were given all different kinds of options and explanations, so we were able to make informed decision based on their honest guidance. We are still very happy with our a/c unit and furnace. Although we had some issue with our a/c in this summer as it was not working properly, they came and fixed it quickly with reasonable price. When our thermostat screen was blacked out after a storm, they came right away to take a look, and replaced the screen with a new one as it was still under warranty. Issues can happen but how they respond to those issues are phenomenal. I have recommended Mr. Heat to our friends and would recommend to anyone as they are so reliable and pleasant to work with.

I called Mr Heat for service this week (Aug 17, 2021) due to our home central A/C not working (outside unit was not running). 11 years ago Mr. Heat installed a new A/C for me in 2010, I was very satisfied at the time with the knowledge, professionalism, credibility of the technician, as well as pricing discussion. So I confidently called Mr Heat to take care of my A/C issue (first time ever needed service in over 10 years), and asked for Mike, the same tech. As I watched the tech at the outside unit, I was impressed by his step by step investigation into the problem, and his testing of the root cause(s) and ultimate solution. I am very satisfied with the outcome, and the speed at which the problem was resolved, same day that I called. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Heat again if I needed another trustworthy HVAC person in future. P.S. Cost for the repair was for the recent service call, parts and labour.

I called to make an appointment and somebody was able to come the next business day. They called before arriving and arrived exactly within their appointment window. The technician was very courteous and polite, wore his mask the whole time. I would call them Mr Heat Mechanical again if ever I needed help with my fireplace again.

I have used Mr. Heat (Nima) on several occasions. From installing my new A/C unit to servicing my furnace and installing a new gas line. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is working properly and efficiently. Nima is amazing person and an absolute professional. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

Great company & great customer service. Mr Heat has been my go to company for the last 10 years for all my HVAC needs. My old a/c unit died on Monday & I called Nima. He responded right away & emailed me a quote. Nima & his team installed the new a/c unit on Thursday just in time for the next heat wave. I could not be any happier with my new a/c unit. It's bigger, better & quieter than my old one. Nima is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, reliable & trustworthy. I appreciate having all my calls & questions answered in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company.

Nema showed up quickly and spent his time checking what could be adjusted/ cleaned/ tweaked before suggesting any parts/ further services. Amazing. I’m so used to having someone show up, walk around and say they need to get a part after 10 minutes and they’re gone. Not Nema- he spent his time to really figure out and not rush to the next job.

I hired Mr. Heat Mechanical to replace my existing HVAC system around 6 years ago. They also help me with annual maintenance since day one. They are very professional and hospitable. Their pricing is also fair. I definitely recommend Mr.Heat to all my friends and family.
