    New steel roof

    John the sales consultant from HY-GRADE called and set up an appointment with me in Nov. after a call from a good friend who had recommended them. John advised us it would be the middle of Feb. before they would be able to install the new roof and they did winter jobs on a regular basis. Everything went according to plan from the date promised,delivery and installation of the roof. The new roof looks excellent and the entire HY-GRADE family did an outstanding job from start to finish! I will recommend them to all my family and friends........................Robert!!!!

    New Roof

    Love our new roof, looks fantastic! The guys installing the roof were great, very friendly and did an amazing job. The whole process with hygrade was excellent, from the free estimate , delivery and installation. Have and will continue to recommend to anyone looking to get their roof done .

    New Steel Roof

    I have difficulty saying how happy or unhappy I am at present, as this was a roof for a seasonal dwelling in which I have not been in since the installation. That said, I did have some difficulty initially with an installer whom I was unimpressed with prior to them even stepping foot on my property. I contacted Hy-Grade Steel and voiced my concerns, it took a bit of re-scheduling on their part and a bit of patience on my part, but they got another installer to do my roof. I was very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of the team that did finally come to install my roof, so it was worth the wait. I love the look of the roof and am expecting to be most pleased with the durability and construction for many years to come. Hy-Grade Roofing listened to my concerns and reacted in a positive helpful way, so at present I am most pleased to give them my recommendation. It was a bit more expensive than a regular roof, but when I figured out how many times I would have to re-shingle with ashphalt shingles compared to their steel roof, it became a very easy decision. One that I would make again and be happy to do.

    Steel Roof-Looks Great!

    Our experience with Hy-Grade Roofing was awesome. Our Salesman Fred was wonderful. The two installers were hard working and did a fantastic job. We definitely would recommend Hy-Grade Roofing. The Uberig's ube@sympatico.ca

    10+ Wow!!!

    The Hygrade family is a very professional company with many years of experience in steel roofing and customer service! I now have used hygrade on both of my houses.....the thought of knowing I will never have to worry about my roof again keeps my mind at ease. I would absolutely recommend the hygrade brand to everyone I know!

    Steel roof

    1. We provided a 2 week span while we were on vacation to have the roof done. We were told by sales it would be no problem. Days before we left on vacation we had to make numerous calls and emails and the roof was not started on time and therefore was still being worked on after our return. 2. We were told that there would be an inspection after completion by HY-Grade. After a satisfactory inspection, the final payment would be made. We did not receive an inspection even though we called to have the inspection done. We were asked several times for final payment. We made the final payment however never saw anyone for an inspection. If the inspection had been done,the inspector would had seen the caulking gun left on our roof. It appears that HY-Grade is all about the sale and not about the customer service. Although we like our roof, I'm sure you would understand our reluctance to recommend your company to anyone. Also concerning is how HY-Grade would handle a warranty issue. I hope we never have one.

    Metal roof

    Decided to go with a metal roof after seeing a few house in the area with them. The service was great right from the start dealing with sales consultant Kevin Curran. The supplies arrived at my house when promised the installers did an excellent job on the install. Would recommend this roof to anybody. Great thing is this will be my last roof I ever do. Love my roof

    New steel roof

    Great roof my friend has one and recommended hy grade to me .The installation guys were fantastic my roof was put on in late November. There was some nasty days but that didn't stop them It was on in no time. I have told my friends and family. Who knows maybe hy grade will call them.

    New roof

    Great job done by a great crew! Job was done early in the year around snow storms and was still done extremely fast. It's been a year and roof looks better all the time. Best of all love watching the snow shooting off all the time! Thanks again Craig and Sandra.

    steel roof

    Roof was put on a little over a year ago, never made it up to check the job quality or craftsmanship , so far it has not moved, no leaks, rain free in the attic, . Thanks guys
