    Roofing

    At the end of the adventure we are very happy with the roof, however the journey was very stressful. The sales part of the process was very quick and smooth, the product was dropped off just prior to the start of the install as expected. From there everything went off the rails. The first installer and crew showed up "eventually " looking very unprofessional and disorganized it was literally 3 guys in one midsize car with ladders sticking out, and they almost didn't stay because their compressor was faulty. I ended up loaning them mine so they could work for the day. Turns out their day is from 11am until 3:20. After 3 weeks of not showing up or calling or calling and giving very creative excuses I gave up and called the company and said a new crew was needed because I didn't want that crew back. 3 days later a new crew arrived and the difference was extreme. They came in looking and acting professional and had the roof done in 3 days. I have no issues with the work done by the first crew, what they did on the roof was done well, however I had damage done to to basement window covers because of falling wood as it was cut, and the second crew made a point of telling me they did not smoke so the cigarette butts all over my yard were not from them. So in the end I have a roof I like but it took over a month to get there, and in my opinion the disconnect is in a lack of follow up from the company. It is a higher price point product being sold under the premise of highly trained and skilled people and I was told a week max even with a rain day thrown in. It felt as though after the initial sale the company simply subbed the job out and forgot about it. The damage on the property was discussed a couple times and the response I kept getting was and I quote " but your happy with the roof right" in the interest of full disclosure I did have 402.00 deducted from the contract cost. But I had had to ask for compensation it was not offered.

    Roof

    We had our roof installed almost 2 years ago and I could not be happier. They made sure everything was square and true, and the guys where friendly and personable. There was never a mess left. I would recommend this roof to anyone thinking about replacing their shingles. Thank you so much you are awesome. Was very glad to see your booth at the lindsay home show. Keep up the great work

    Windsor Ontario

    Just had roof installed March 20, simply amazed at how good it looks, Pete and his crew absolutely amazing, left no mess wouldn't even know that they had been there. Love my new worry free roof. Thanks again Glenn Cross and the Hy-Grade team.

    Installation

    Our roof was just completed today (March 21/17). The crew that came were very quick and efficient, I fully expected to have "leftovers" in my yard, but they did really well with clean up.

    Referral credit

    Bought roof in 2014. I made a referral about a year later and received a check in the mail for my work. Thank you Hy Grade. Made another referral in the winter of 2016, received another check as promised again. If I keep this up maybe I will be able to recoup the cost of my roof . I wish. Still it is a great program that Hy Grade offers for customers to spread the word about the best product on the market and make a few bucks along the way. Maybe I will get invited to their Xmas party this year. Thanks Hy Grade glad to be part of your family.

    Steel Roof

    We are very happy knowing we never have to think of shingles again! We added value to our home, and if we were to move, we would seriously look into this option again. It was between 28 - 35 degrees most of the time our roof was being worked on, but our installer Chad was diligent, hard working and determined not to let the heat slow him down! Highly recommend HyGrade!

    Roof Rip Off

    The installation was terrible and the customer service was even worse. 3 years later we paid off the loan financed through Hygrade and found out there was a lien on our house. The nightmare never ends!

    Roof

    We did our roof in 2014. Third winter and we love it.....my dad just did his roof although some glitches with his roof , Hy-Grade came through in the end and it looks great.... Would certainly put another Hy Grade roof on anything we build or buy....

    Roof facelift

    Hy-Grade roof is very good, making our house look so handsome. We had asphalt shingle roof before, not too old. But after installing the Hy-Grade roof, our house immediately takes on a very elegant look. We really like the new roof.

    Hy-Grade Steel Roof

    I was awoke in the middle of night by a splash of something on my forehead. A flash of lightning greets my opening eyes from a skylight above me. The sounds of wind driven rain pounding surrounds me followed by a thunder clap and fear my roof is gone. Why am I exposed to natures elements? Water is streaming inside the window behind the headboard and splashing on the window sill. Another sleepless night. Something must be done. Another stormy night I awake to a flash and the distant sound of rain and thunder. Not again! A peaceful calm envelopes me as I relax and drift back to sleep secure in the memory that my Hy-Grade steel roof will keep me safe and dry through the storm tonight and for years to come.
