    Roof

    Great job very friendly workers and love the end results only thing I change is they have not picked up the left over supplies

    New roof

    Such a great experience. When the materials were dropped off the guys unloaded the truck and took it upon themselves to lock up my garage afterwards. That really impressed me and I knew it would be a great job and their attention to detail was going to be amazing. The install went smoothly as well. I couldn't be happier especially knowing I don't have to worry about my roof for a very long time.

    Excellent product, okay service

    I really like Hy-Grade's steel roofing system. Installation staff from Hy-Grade are very considerate and professional. I would have given them a perfect rating if it weren't for: - the 9 months delay in installing my roof. They told me 3-4 months to install my roof and never called me to inform me of delays. I followed up with them 3 times before receiving a installation date. - as they did a winter install there was a lot of left over metal shards/debris. I had to follow up with them twice before they sent anyone out. - documentation out of date. They have a referral program. When I referred someone they cut the referral fee to 1/3 of what is in the documentation. When I sent them a picture of the documentation that was given to me by their sales team. They told me the documentation that I was given has been out of date for years. - ducting. I told the sales person that I need proper venting from my two bathrooms and laundry room. He said it would be no problem. When I mentioned it again to the installers they said there is an extra fee to install these vents and they won't connect up the vents because they are not ducting professionals.

We did experience abnormally longer wait times last year following the wind storms early in the year. An influx of sales along with unavailability of installation crews pushed our installation wait times longer than expected. We sent out letters and emails from Head Office explaining the delays and providing contact info for any further inquiries. It is our priority to install our Roofing System as soon as possible upon order approval. We have since made changes to our wait time estimates as well as added an additional measure to collect contact frequency preferences from all new customers. We thank you kindly for your referral! We did update our referral program as of May 1st, 2017. This change was to be able to reward even more customers for their kind recommendations of us, even if their referral does not purchase a Hy-Grade Roof in some cases. We added additional chances to win with Referral Draws 4 times per year. We announced the program update in advance on our website, social media channels, and sent letters and emails to all those who had previously participated in the program. All documentation states to check our official program details on our website for up to date information. Your contract includes the supply and complete installation of a Hy-Grade Steel Roofing System on your previously existing roof, warrantied for 50 years from the completion date. Any additional work performed outside of the contract cannot be guaranteed by Hy-Grade as this is not within our scope of work and not part of our installer certification training.     Roof

    That work was done very professionally. They were in and out within three days and we were very satisfied with the job they did. The roof looks very good.

    Steel Roof.

    Very satisfied. All the neighbors are complementing us on our new roof. Highly reccomend Hy-Grade.

    Steel roof

    We had a steel roof installed by Hy-Grade Steel roofing. They were very professional from the sale to the installation. The installers were very curious and respectful. The roof looks great and we have had no problems.

    Roof is beautiful, mess left behind not so much

    Our roof is beautiful, and, seems to work well. Contractors were not professional, and left a terrible mess. Wood, steel, nails, cigarette butts. Follow up could be much better, the initial contact with Hy Grade sales person was fantastic, we were disappointed with the follow up contracting of work, and, inspection of roof.
