Mark is a great guy! He was professional and courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do and did a good job of cleaning out our drains. He put a camera down one of our drains to make sure the drain wasn't cracked or damaged. He cleaned up after he was finished! Highly recommended!

We were completely satisfied with the service we received from Drain Relief. All our questions were patiently answered by Mark in phone calls prior to service. Same day service and on-time arrival were much appreciated. The work was very professional and Drain Relief is highly recommended.

My kitchen sink drain clogged as I tried myself by using different things to get rid of this clogged specially "google buddy " i tried every thing but my results are negative I found drain relief contact from net search and talk with Mark. From first impression such a nice person who have dedicated and passion for his job. As he told me that most indian and italian people use oils in coocking and period of time It clogged drainage like hard rock down the.line in drainage. To clean you need proper tools like Mark and his team have it. He has professional tools like rigid K 45 and K 60 My personal opinion is if Mark and his team can not clear clogged drain its very difficult to find another professional like him in GTA. I am telling this because i saw him how he perform this difficult task. Thanks Mark and your drain relief team !!!! He

Communication before the visit was excellent. Mark and his partner had all the right equipment for the job.. I believe it was a Ridgid K60 snake, plus a 100 foot camera. The main 4" sewer drain pipe is now clear, and for the first time I got to see 80 ft down the pipe. Thanks guys!! Great job.

We called Mark at 8am with a very clogged kitchen drain. He was able to get one of his guys (Jesse) to our place by a little after 10am WOW ....Jesse worked full on running into a flew obstacles but was able to clear within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to us what was able to explain to us the problem. When all was done the price was exactly what we discussed and well worth it Great job guys. I would highly recommend.

Being a home owner, I can`t stretch enough the importance of having a good plumber. Mark and his team at Drain Relief has relieved me from many sleepless nights worrying about my old plumbing. They can fix the most difficult plumbing problems - those that were given up on by many plumbing companies that I had contacted. Mark, Shawn, and his team (Ben and Matt) are exceptional, professional gentlemen whose integrity, professionalism, experience and conscience are truly unsurpassed. Their price was also very reasonable, and I sometimes felt that no plumbing companies would charge that kind of fee unless their utmost priority was to help people. I`ve heard of many homeowners being taken unfair advantage of by plumbers (I myself was in the same situation before I knew about Drain Relief) and I felt compelled to share my experience with Drain Relief, so everybody can get the assistance of a company whose people treat you the way they treat their own family. I recommend this guy. He did a very good job and made the best use of the time. They did camera inspection in 2 places, snaked, cleaning the two places and vacuumed the dirty waste and they even disposed it in the municipal sewer. We had a guy doing before which we had to dispose it in another toilet.

I had a basement sewer plug in the washroom and also in the shower. I had earlier got another company to come and do a camera inspection. This company charged me $150 but said that he could not access the sewer and walked away after ripping me of the money. I got Mark & Matt to come down and he did access the sewer with the camera and gave me a DVD of his inspection right from inside to the city junction point. He also found 4 blocks and he cleared it out. He explained to me in a clear manner what he would do and how much he would charge. He did exactly what he said and cleaned up the mess after work. I have asked him to come back every year for a camera inspection so that major issues could be solved ASAP. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and I Strongly recommend his services for any form of drain wo rk.

I originally contacted Mark to get a second opinion on plumbing work I was told had to be done in our home. During the first call, Mark took the time to listen to my problem, review the situation and put my mind at ease. He was very honest with me and also took time out of his schedule to come and see the problem himself to give a better assessment of the situation. He also wore boot covers while in our house. Needless to say we were so impressed with Mark we got him and his crew to complete the work (and at a lower price than we were originally quoted from another plumber). It was a big job (replacement of our old cast iron stack, utility floor drain and laundry pipes), but Mark and his team worked efficiently. My husband and I really appreciated Mark and Sean staying late the first night so that we wouldn’t be without water over night. By the end of Day 2, cement had been laid so we just had to wait for it to dry over the weekend. Throughout the whole process, Mark invited us down to the basement to see their work, explained what they had accomplished and what they planned on doing next and why. He made sure we were okay with everything and understood what work was being done. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Drain Relief at all. They have done an excellent job and we plan on using them again for some work outside.

Mark and his team were fast, efficient and reliable. We had a leak in our basement which turned out to be caused by our main drain being backed up. He went way above my expectations and the job was done in less than two days, him and his team explained each step and made me 100% comfortable with what was being done. I cant say enough positive things about them and would strongly recommend them to anyone.
