Mark picked up the phone, answered all my questions and helped me understand the problem. I contacted Mark at night on a weekend, and all the other workers were tied up so he came down to fix my clog himself. The service was professional, courteous, quick and best of all - got my bathroom working again!

Called Mark at 10Am and set up an appointment for 11 and Mark was on time. Very professional and knows his work very well. After 3 tries of using the K39 my severely clogged sink just opened up and work perfect.Will definitely call again if I have drain problems. Thanks to Mark for a job well done.

Needed a plumber and found Drain Relief through an internet search and was truly very hesitant of their promotional price online. I checked the comments on Homestars and the ratings were high so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I was very impressed with Mark K. Mark arrived on time and really worked hard to clear a stubborn clog. Professional, thorough and very clean - wearing shoe covers and protecting the area where he worked with a covering-I would definitely highly recommend this company as they are VERY honest and fair.

We needed a main pipe snaked late at night and after a frustrating attempt to get a plumber over ASAP I googled emergency plumbing and found Drain Relief's ad. I called and explained the problem with Joseph who then asked for our address and said he'd be here within an hour. He did not hesitate, nor did I have to deal with a call centre. Once he was here, he snaked it and then told us that we did not need a power flush as the previous plumbers told us. He was very honest and helpful. We will be calling them again, in this business there will always be a next time.

I called these guys because I had a plugged toilet, the guy came and unplugged it for us within 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and professional. They got the job done, and only charged me 80 bucks!

I called Drain Relief after seeing their promotion online. I was a little unsure at first in regards to the price, however they reassured me that the price was 79.50, and that it included travel time, up to 1 hour labour, and the machine charge (I think it was a Ridgid k39). Anyways I called in the morning at about 10:00 am, and by 11:30 there Technician was at my house. He was able to clear my drains by using his equipment in about 30 minutes. He did a great job keeping me informed, wore shoe covers when he entered my home, and kept his work area nice and clean. I’m happy that I saw Drain Relief’s ad, and would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks Drain Relief! P.S. The last time I called a company for a similar problem I was charged about 180.00 dollars, I saved 100.00 by calling Drain Relief, Thanks guys!
