Andrea is a God Send !!!
Not only did she manage to fix a mistake , and provide a service where her competitor failed ...see my other reviews to see who this competitor is , ( since I am not allowed to name them in this review ) but she was also able to fully design and implement said desgin for our little angels nursery .
Rooms to Grow is NOT a store, so yes Andrea does operate out of her home via her website , but this does not in any way dimminish the quality of her products nor her OUTSTANDING Customer Service .
She is a working mom and entrepeneur , she is a designer and marketer by trade , which puts her a notch above everyone else and gives her a HUGE advantage over her competition . She is able to provide very useful tips , advice and even desgin an entire room to be functional and litterally GROW with your child from newborn , to infancy , right through to toddler and * gasp * the dreaded teenage years . For example , she offered my husband and I tips on how to have the room change in look but not design every time we converted our Tami Crib , so one look is for the Nursey while the crib is still used for a baby , then how to change things up when we move on to converting to a toddler bed , and finally , a look that works for when the crib will now be a double bed .
Her advice is invaluable , her work ethic beyond reproach , her professionalism mixed in with her bubbly personality makes you feel like you are dealing with a friend , like someone who genuinely cares about the end result and your most precious asset , your child .
Things only a parent could understand .....unlike her competition located in Richmond Hill , who is a complete disaster .
If her service wasn't enough to convince me to recommend her to all my friends and family , then her prices certainly are ! YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER DEAL !!!
