    Masonry repair

    We were working with time pressure and a difficult family situation involving an elderly relative. Tony and Crystal and their team worked patiently with us through the process and were very responsive and accommodating. They were able to work independently and meticulously. They replaced a number of sills, evaluated for any structural issues and repaired several areas of crumbling brick and mortar. They worked hard to match the brick which is no longer available and took care in determining the mortar colour. Given the questions around structure there was ample opportunity for them to take advantage of the situation but they were very honest and gave the all clear with no additional costs. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat.

    Work order for brick mortar tucking on back wall of house

    Very professional crew , very thorough ticking repairs and left our house work site very clean and tidy afterwards DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STRAIGHT UP MASONRY TO EVERYONE

    New foundation

    Straight up Masonry built a new foundation for a basement entrance for us. The work was completed on time with the highest level of workmanship and professionalism. The workers were on time and cleaned up everything wgen their work was done. Cant say enough good things about Tony and his crew. Highly recommended.

    Masonary

    Straight up masonary is exactly like there name. They came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do. Let alone that the work was amazing. As a contractor it is hard to find company’s to work with as easy as straight up masonary is. Will recommend them to anyone and will use them in my own business for many years to come!

    Masonry work

    Tony and Crystal were great to work with. Tony came out quickly to do an assessment and was able to tell right away what the problem was with the crumbling bricks at the back of our house. The crew that came to the house was very professional and on time and explained thoroughly what the problems were once they opened up the back of the house. The work didn't go over the estimate and they did a great job.

    Carport re-build

    The two brick walls of our carport were crumbling and needed to be rebuild. Finding the right contractor was a challenge, some of them were very vague in what they were going to do, some proposed a fix that would not last. Tony from Straight Up Masonry took pictures of the carport and two days later sent us a detailed description of the work to be done and an estimate of the cost. It gave us much confidence to proceed with the job. Digging up the old walls was tough since they could not use heavy equipment. The people in his crew were very professional and dedicated and completed the work in a timely manner and within the budget. The masonry work was top notch and the site was restored and cleaned up immediately thereafter. Billing was done in stages as the work progressed. We were so pleased with the work done that we contracted his company again to install new limestone window sills.

    parging at side of house

    The brick around the side of our house needed some love. They parged and put in a curb at the walkway along the bottom to keep the water away. They came when they said they would and finished in a day. A+

    Brick porch pillar replacement

    I needed a brick porch pillar to be replaced since the angel stone was flaking off and the bricks were starting to flake. Straight Up Masonry responded with a quote and the final price I paid was the same - so no surprises. The work was done quickly and all the mess was cleaned up when they were finished. They did a great job and I'd hire them again for any masonry work.

    Chimney repair

    The crew came on time and the job was nicely done. The debris in the area was cleaned after the work was done, The price is reasonable. Will recommend this company to others.

    Window Sills

    Tony and Crystal are the reason I choose this company. From the very beginning they were both ready to answer any and all questions. Gave a very reasonable quote and completed the work exactly as stated. The crew was very professional and made sure all 'garbage' was removed before they left. Would not hesitate to recommend Tony and his crew for any masonry work that you would need. 10+.
