What a great company to deal with. From the start dealing with Tara who responded to my request for a quotation within 2 hours, to the quick visit to size the shower door. I requested a possible 1 week delivery and Tara did everything she could to ensure that happened...and it did. Would not hesitate to use Doors and More in the future and have already suggested to friends to use them. Well done!!

Service for estimate to install was excellent. Everyone was very helpful, and they were able to put a rush on our job as this was our only shower. We are very happy with the service (professionalism, punctuality for appointments, tips/advice) and the final product.

We are a design/build company who mostly subs out our work. We deal with lots of sub-trades and outside companies providing us products and services. Doors and More is a quality company that does quality work. The owner Frank is great. He's patient and addresses concerns accordingly. They get very busy so sometimes a response lags, but that's how it is in this industry. As long as the job gets done well and any fixes that may be appropriate are completed, we really can't complain. Our customer's glass was made and installed by the timelines discussed and look great. We've had an issue with one panel and we've already arranged a time to have it fixed next week. We will continue to use Doors and More and recommend them to others. We had glass installed around our bathtub. D&M came to the house to measure and give us a quote -they were very professional. Their service was excellent! They were on time, quick and the glass looks amazing. We would definitely recommend D&M.

I originally ordered doors from a big box store to be installed by my contractors since they were there remodelling the bathroom however the 175lb shipment was lost. So I had no time to waste. I went to look on Homestars and after some research I realized this company is where I need to start. I called and spoke to Tara (hope I got that right). I explained that I was eager for my kids to get their shower back from a long renovation and needed to act quickly for our sanity. She educated me on what I needed to know about the process and gave me a quote for two different types of doors on the phone. She booked an appt to measure a week from the day and said it usually takes 2 weeks from the measure DAY to get them installed. She put me on a cancelation list which got me bumped up a day. Any little thing they could do to hurry this up was so appreciated by us. The Measurements guy Bill (I believe) had to come by bright and early to measure on the Monday and by the Friday of the same week I was called to let me know the doors were ready and we made an appointment for today to install them. Two weeks from when I first called and I have STUNNING roller doors. The gentleman that was here to install was courteous and cleaned up after himself. It really was such a painless experience. Part of me kept waiting for the catch but there was none. It's just good old fashion customer service. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone without hesitation.

I needed custom shower doors. The company was responsive, reliable and provided a top quality product. My shower doors are beautiful. Everyone loves them. I recommend avoiding custom sized shower doors if possible because it doubles the price. My doors were a little less than 5 foot width.
